I'd love a 72 beetle. or a karmann. I'm so tempted to buy one but it'd just take so much work to keep it going and in tip top condition. so many little things to tweak and replace and i just can't.

Not only because it'd be free road tax because of the age.

I actually prefer type 25 and type 2 campers to the splitties. Sure the splitties are more iconic, but i just prefer the later ones. I'd love to have a synchro T25 with westfalia joker fittings.

I owned a 68.5 bug. one of the few that came with the full body pan standard. Floated great!

I can attest that at 110 it will dust it in a 35MPH swingback corner Upon which you will flip to your hearts delight

on magazine topic - i seem to be reading the "live" magazine thats given out with a newspaper over here. its just lads stuff. gadgets, cars, all that.

usually just has reviews on the most expensive and fanciest new gear out that week.

Ok, so kill me, I like to read Entertainment weekly. I cant help it, i really revel in seeing those retarded celebrities suffer. I also enjoy the latest Hustler, Maxim, Time, and National geographic magazines.

i havent bought a magazine in ages, but i have a box of old Car Craft's for reference purposes, and the occasional Game Informer

all i read is Mens Health.

Well.. also National geographic and time every now and again, but mostly mens health.

any good suggestions on what i should read?
