I was just wondering about the freedoms that every country enjoys. In the United States were programed from birth to believe that our country enjoys more freedoms than any other. Also, if you begin a political debate here whomever your argueing against will bring that up as an excuse-" yeah, some things are wrong but we're the greates, freeist country in the world!!" I've been trying to figure out if that is true.

Does America genuinely have more freedoms for its citizens than any other? I know there are many countries with less freedoms, but I'm talking about more.

What are the laws where you live? do you know of any books or websites that give good info on this subjects ( verifiable information, not crackpots)?
