Many, many people say they see Elvis. I don't believe them either. I'll listen to any theory backed by proof. Otherwise, it is a waste of time. We have plenty of accounts, no real substance.

Until more evidence is found, the matter is one for debate by interested parties. Such debates will go nowhere, though.

I am not trying to belittle the subject itself, although i admit the fringe elements are comical. Real and objective research in any field is to be respected. If there was more evidence to work with, things would be different. At the moment, there is too much nonsense floating about.

I agree with you. The only way to get evidence is to research the field. The point being that the governments probably are and we wouldn't be privy to that information, would we?.

A UFO? It was probably an airplane. I dont beleive anyone has ever seen a UFO. Because if they have why has one never actually landed? i do beleive in extraterretrial life. Well I am not sure if there is but I think so because what point would it be to have other planets if nothing is living on them?

I think I saw one once. It was huge and shiny, and said "Good Year" on the side. Hell if I know what that means...

How can you research something without real evidence? I am sure they have plenty of stories on file...but so what? No artefacts have come to light. What makes you think they know more than the UFO community?

Roswell for a start. originally the government said it was a U.F.O. sighting and evidence was discovered as stated by Col. William Blanchard of the 509th Bomb Group. The army moved into the area and confiscated all evidence. The U.F.O. statement was recanted and the 'weather balloon' story was given. Now if it was a weather balloon as stated afterwards, why the army, why the secrecy??? and why all the witnesses, some who did find debris with inscriptions, were forced to hand it over?

That's why I think the government knows more then the U.F.O. community.

Sure, I've thought that too, but by now wouldn't they have come out with the truth? " By the way people, that Roswell incident back in '47 was really a prototype for the Stealth fighter", and what of the non-English text on some of the debris found? I could come up with a better cover story then a bloody weather balloon for god sake. There was also bodies reported to have been discovered...sure they could be military. But if it was military they would have been to the crash sight before anybody as they would have been closely tracking it. It just doesn't add up.

I just saw the supposed alien autopsy that took place after the crash in Roswell and although i really believe that aliens do exist, the thing looked suspicious in my oppinion. To tell the truth, i don't know what it looks like when you cut a human wide open and take all his organs out, but i think it was not a real autopsy

I have a number of theories about what they were testing, and why they would still not disclose information about it. Basically, i suspect they are experimenting with anti-gravity. Their cover stories probably helped the confusion, and distracted those interested from certain lines of investigation. I did say before, that the UFO culture is useful.

The Alien story itself does not hold together. Not enough evidence for it. A craft that can cross the expanse of space crashes? For what reason?

Maybe those space-ships were not desgned for long space travel; maybe there is a mother-ship somewhere near Earth and our technology can't detect it.

Yeah unfortunately hoaxes abound when it comes to alien investigation. The autopsy was never given credence. I believe it was a hoax too.

I've always believed that our next true source of energy would come from super conductors and magnetic fields. But why the big cover-up? It still doesn't make sense. New Scientist etc. talks about experimentation in this field. How do they get funding if it isn't released?

What could they have been doing in 1947 that still holds such relevents now? The only thing would be experiements using the unsuspecting human populace, which they have done before, the bastards.

As someone who has contact with a lot of people in the military...I can safely say that I know now that UFO's are all delusions created by migraines brought on by the modern day high suger diet.

Sometimes air baloons build up ice in the upper atmosphere which causes them to crash..the build up of ice sometimes weighing many tons can leave a crater and compress nearby rocks into strange shrapnel..to get at the minerals of this shrapnel rock birds settle on them and suck out the minerals leaving holes that can appear like alien symbols..sometimes even glowing due to bacteria from the birds spit.
