I don't think the Chupacabara is actually that creature that people think they are seeing...I think it is actually some other weird creature that lives around the area that people see so rarely...so they think its some little creepy beact..when its just an ugly..sheep eating animal....
Im so bad at explaining....lemme try over for those who dont get what Im trying to say....

People see the Chubacabra as some monster..but I think, if anything, it is a nocturnal animal that people never see in the day time and maybe scientists have never recorded this creature and so people don't see it as an animal..but a monster!

But hey..I can't say..I've never seen one face to face tho...but that would suck..it would eat my ugly face off....yup.
