First, I think that maybe humans and aliens evolved naturally.
Something that might explain why alien technology is supposedly so advanced would be that aliens were around long before humans... and naturally they were ahead in technologies and such. But I dont think that aliens visited earth until a while after the creation of man. Thus making it impossible for them being our creators. Saying that aliens made us, is like saying that we created all of the animals on earth. And no I dont think aliens created all life on earth.
I dont want to get dragged into a debate on god or anything like that so dont be like "if thats true then who created the aliens".
If there really is intelligent life out there that has been visiting us... they evolved naturally just as we did.
Just on a different planet far far away.
Think for a second about how far more advanced these aliens are... then think about where we are on the evolutionary scale compared to them. Why would technologically and possibly biologically advanced being create lessers of themselves? And why arent they making their presence known to us if we really were made by them?
What would they have to fear from that if they created us?
Has anyone ever thought that the aliens if there are any could actually humankind from million and millions of years into the future and they are coming here into the past to look around and study us just like what we would be doing if we had time travel technology.

Think about this:
Let's suppose that aliens wanted to know a liitle more about their evolution in time... So then they took one of their ancestors' remains and cloned that being on a planet that was very similar to their own. Even on earth the scientists are trying to "ressurect" species that were whiped out by man using cloning techniques. It's not the same thing, but it's a very simmilar idea...

So basically youd be saying that the aliens evolved from humans?
When you look at the future, you change it. Like observing particles. The lines diverge, and your reality is changed in some subtle way. Nothing is certain, the Universe moves in all directions.

I don't believe that aliens made us as an experiment, because our own genetics and body structure suggests the imperfection of Evolution. Having said that, the idea that this Universe is the result of alien intervention is an interesting one. There are many theories that suggest it could be possible.
