There's probably a thread about this already, but I just wanted your views on where you think you go after you die. Is there really a white light or is all you see just black? Do you see yourself and what around you or are you just not there? Are you reincarnated in human/animal form or are you a hopeless soul that wonders the earth? I don't have an opinion, but i'd like to hear yours.......

When i die my body rots and returns to the soil it came from. However my reputation and accomplishments will live on beyond my mortal body, this is my belief.

I'm not a big fan of dying, I am currently exploring other options

i plan on going to cincy and having one last Skyline Chili 3-way before i decompose and am only left to my incorporeal self

From my point of view, when someone dies, he goes to a place where he relives his negative energy, then goes to a place that he relives his possitive and lastly he visits a place of cleansing. He lives both energies together. Then he comes back here again with another form.

Clearwitch -- when you say reincarnation, i don't mean to pry, but i've heard of people that think you are reincarnated into an animal form and i've heard of people that say you are reincarnated into a human form...which do you believe?

Edge -- once again, i don't mean to pry, but what do you mean by "a place of cleansing" and "lives both energies together"? I'm just curious...

I'm not sure if you can be reincarnated into animals...but it's possible, by all means. It's just that of all the reincarnation stories I've heard, none of them claims to have been an animal. But I don't believe we are confined to this world alone. I believe in multiple parrallell worlds, and that we get reincarnatad more or less at random inbetween them.

My personal belief is that a person either goes to be with their creator, or is ostracized from their creator, depending on their choices in life. Aka, Heaven and Hell.

I personally believe that the illution of an afterlife is a hallusination caused by loss of oxygen for the last seconds of conciousness before the brain dies

See....my whole family is the same as Duddy. I think it's that whole Roman Catholic thing. I 'm the weird one though, because i believe in a sort of reincarnation. Depending on how you lived your life, you next gets either better or worse. Like if you were a pain in the ass then your next life would be a little bit worse. So, it's kind of like "degrees of heven" and "degrees of hell". You'd keep coming back untill you reach a certain level and then it all ends...i don't know what happens after that. I know it sounds ridiculous, but I'm kinda afraid that it'll all go blank and you'll still be kind of concious. That freaks me out!

no...it's not pointed at you, it's just that when you said you believed in heven and hell i wanted to make a point and it was easier to use a...hmmm...a "point of reference" if you will.
