I believe all philosophies and religions, through wisdom meld into one...the basic principle being LOVE. Simple mayhap but one of my philosophies is K.I.S.S. (keep it simple, stupid!) I think we tend to confuse ego with knowledge to an extent of clouding the real issues. I also believe we are here to help eachothers spirits to awareness through love not judgement.

K. I know he was looking for involved philosophical discussions, but I'm tired and lazy. Here goes.
Political: Pacifistic anarchist
Religious: currently empirical agnostic; searching
(I know this one might not be accepted by you guys ) Romantic (in both ways)
I'll add more when I think of some, and I'll try to explain my philosophies when less lazy .
I personally like putting my personal philosophies in simple one word categories, for personal reasons; it makes it easier for me to define "me" (an impossible task, I know, but I still want to make it easier ). Eh. I'll stop talking.

pacifist anarchist? so you don't like agression, but you want anarchy? how would that happen when the world revolves around a governmental setup...for anarchy to reign one will need to get active to make it happen, governments need to fall....that's just my understanding... I think the change needs to be gradual. Modern society isn't ready for anarchy; people are too content with modern government to even think about it going away.
Check out www.infoshop.org/faq/ , it's got a lot of the basic ideas behind anarchism in it.

my philosophy on life is to live with other people.I view things quite traditional and things like self indulgence i frown upon i do think you can take things to far whither or not you harm other people.Im highly moral, believe in love marriage etc.I don't believe in radical views because most of the time there intellect sounding crap im not keen on change if this is what modern sociey has to give through change they can have it back.In short to most of you im probably a twat.

I am not big on shrinks or their definitions on thinking and human processes so I will just state my opinions and my philosophy.
I am a pessimist, unless I see it done or know that it can be done, it can't be and is an impossibility. I believe that people are not all stupid, they just don't know any better but I am a pessimist so I do not give them a chance to prove themselves. I believe that morality plays too big a part in the lives we have had created for us. Capital and corporal punishment should be allowed for crimes of a grevious nature, such as the robbing and beating of 80 year old women. Anger does not play a big enough part in everyday life, the goverment is too controlling and we are becoming a police state. We are told what to do with no say in the matter. The politicians may so so but nobody consulted me. People should not have an equal say, there is no equality. Stupidity should be punished, not general stupidity or accidental but stupidity on a mass scale.
Life is made possible only by chaos and disaster. I am an athiest and believe in no god but feel that all things in nature are in par with humans, they are usually better that we are. We destroy, kill each other and ourselves, they adapt to their surroundings, we adapt our surrounding to suit us. They kill not for anger, hate or any other reason but to protect themselves and for food.
I am done here, don't know how much sense it made though To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Sometimes, yes. It mostly depends on how much others can relate to it. The probability of someone watching you is directly proportional to the stupidity of your actions To view links or images in signatures your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.

Typically philosophers can talk to each other about their own ideas. In times of question we merely ask for elaboration. I understand Aeternus, Feroluce, and Errantrogue, and (I'd like to believe) they understand me. We usually have different opinions, and sometimes one or more of us hasn't thought about the subject in question at all! However, by writing things in a detailed manner, with abundant anologies, and placing theories and questions within easily readable statements (if universe then god?) we can easily understand where someone is coming from.
Generally a high school essay format will get you by if you're not sure about your abilities to participate in philisophical discussions. Merely start with a simple statement, and elaborate from there, being sure to provide detail, and especially fact, whenever possible. Attack one of the underground... Proud supporter of banning NMaries.

Then to reiterate your own ponderings to people who usually draw a furrowed brow in your direction and blankly gaze as though at a foreign body with a slightly rancid odour.

No. I just hate discussing things that are far too general, unless someone has an original take on them. Attack one of the underground... Proud supporter of banning NMaries.
