I'd take the virus to kill off a hefty amount of the world's population. And, if I survive, I'd want to be alive. Perhaps I would be able to lend a helping hand to the new order of human beings. Of course, I'd be the no-fun, logical guy who ends up getting stabbed or hit over the head with a rock eventually anyway. But, either way, it may be very crude and unrefined (maybe, but not really at the same time), we'll all eventually die out anyway if somethign drastic isn't done. And this method has no real side effects. It won't destroy any machinery or anything or any technology, but it'll weed out humans. We're like over-populating deer: Sometimes you've just got to shoot a few, but in this case infect them with a lethal, no-cure virus.

You know yesterday in Economics class we read about a similiar theory such as Stephen Kings, and honestly I find it plausible. It was said that this happened all over the world though, and they have found evidence of decreasing populations amount since the 'Overpopulation' issue became to be. I'm leaning towards both sides right now.

But... if there was a plauge that made a bunch of people steril, they wouldn't have kids, therefore they'd have tons of money to throw around. How many are going to put it into savings? Not many, when there's plenty of new shit to buy. Then a shitload of resources would go for electronics and all that jazz. THEN in the next generation, there will still be those people with tons of money and tons of greed, but there will be very little labor because NO ONE WILL HAVE HAD KIDS. sad I know, but child labor is a HUGE part of our economy... it's sick, but true.

This sort of conspiracy was used in MOONRAKER, a James Bond movie where the bad guy was about to do use Bio-Weapons to depopulate the Earth so he could repopulate it with his followers.

Tom Clancy went over this in his book Rainbow Six where environmentalists were planing to use Bio-Weapons for reducing the human population down to just themselves.

If it wasn't for the bodies strewn all about in the streets (gotta love the smell of rotting corpses in the morning) than it would be almost anyones dream come true. How many of us have thought of living alone our world today? Being able to steal ANYTHING straight out of Omega Man Walking int a mall breaking some windows and walking out with whatever you wanted, then returning home, ANY home, to enjoy the days pillage.

however the problem with this is that its a well known fact that deep down people will go insane without others around. some people even like to be surrounded by people at all times(dont ask me why they would want this...) and yes i have thought about that before. its an amazing thought until you truly think about it and realize all of these things are evil in there own little way. if we are trying to get rid of evil, why use evil to do it? then another thing to contradict that would be, how can you get rid of evil without using evil? (damn i need to stop thinking so much) :p

ooh ooh i though of something else, and i know people are going to say something about it so im a gonna say something now. about the insane bit. i know we are all insane already, already gone over the edge, and if not all of us, then most of us. we just need to find the right things to bring this insaneness out of us. ok done for now!
