Excellent novel.

It's the entire history of philosophy and put into a novel format for a nicer read... very good book. Well, I guess it's the entire history of philosophy up until the point the book was written anyways..

If you haven't read it, I highly suggest it.

my friend had the book. she told me it was really good. but when i asked her what it was about she really couldn't tell me. she just kept repeating that it was good. i read the reviews. it sounded worth while.

It's highly recommended to me as well, I'll have to borrow it.

awesome book. using the word awesome in its true sense. i was astounded when i read this at the depth of thought explored in seemingly simplistic tasks and mental processes. i liked it so much i think i gave two copies as presents soon after just so that i'd be able to talk about it to someone.

sounds interesting, philosophy always seems more enjoyable if put in the midst of storyline. Thanks.

i started reading it a while ago. got a bit sidetracked with work and everything else going on, so really must get round to finishing it some time soon.
but what i did read of it was amazing. so much detail, and some fascinating ideas.
definately worth a read.

It is an excellent book, and so is the other one, I think it's called "Through A Glass Darkly" or some such name... Well worth a read...
