depends on what you want to survive...surviving a commitment beyond having a baby and moving on, i don't see them as being outdated or fading away...who says it's not a hunter gahterer thing...how can anyone know how primitive man had sex...have you seen the variety of way animals do it? You're lost, Jordyn, I'm saying that to progress the species, it is not necessary that we have sex any other way than vaginal sex, nothing else is needed in sex to progress the species, plain and simple. Giving Minds to grow, as you're saying is the difference between surviving and thriving.

that depends on your definition of progress... if you just mena have kids and move on, then yes... but progress isnt just about genetic dominance. its about advancing the intellectual as well as the biologic

alternative sex has always been around historically, it wasn't until desade "came out" i guess you could say that it was brought forth out of church basements and black market literature. so maybe i am missing your point, but i don't see how sex is outdated or no longer necessary...people will always need to touch.

i guess you could say i'm a fence rider, i know the joys of having sex, for just the sexual experience, and have often had sex to just be in the essence of another person that i enjoyed. I`ve heard these terms explained in different ways but I tend to go by:
Dom/sub=Power exchange and S&M
Top/Bottom=Power exchange only
Master/Slave=Living as a near constant power exchange with one individual submissive to the other through daily life and things other than sex.

granted sex is an evolving characteristic in life, but where will it end? should it end? the first step for sex was for reproduction, the next would be desire to have sex, then the next step would be having sex for pleasure and fun, and then the next step would be pleasure and fun with a particular person

for people that are more "whores" and enjoy promiscuous sex, i don't think they have fully evolved in the sexual evolution cause they are stuck at pleasure and fun, and for those that do share intimacy with a particular person, but do so with means other than vaginal sex, and maybe a blow-job and licking some pussy every now and then, and perhaps even anal sex when the occasion calls for it, maybe even a little role playing, but for those that need leather and chains and role play excessively or have those weird fetishes for balloons or mascots or whatever, then they truly are not sharing sex with a "particular" person as much as they are having sex with a particular person as such and such........something that person must become, but truly is not......in this case, i think people that participate in these acts of sex are stuck on the evolutionary step of desire.....

I don't really agree with you. Sex behaviour doesn't manifest as a chronological series of steps. People can have intimate pleasure with a single person and later have a more playful attitude towards sex. Not all people who are promiscuous are whores and not all promiscuous people have sex with more than one person.

i think it does manifest itself as such......i mean bacteria (oldest and smallest form of life) reproduced, simply to do so......then you fast forward a few million years to animals, such as animals where the male species fight or parade about to reproduce, but is that not also some form of wanting to have sex, hence desire? yet it is still for reproduction purposes, then a few organism come along, like monkey's and man and dolphins (i think dolphins too...?), and these creatures start fucking cause it's fun to touch genitals, then as man progressed, fucking turned into love............
