But is the world really free? The world in my eyes is so free that governments can tell you what is wrong and what is right!!
I could murder someone in cold blood because they raped my sister but still, i would be wrong for doing so.
Justice???There is no justice in todays society. You have rednecks like Bush bombing the Afganistans because of one man, which makes him just as bad as the Taliban. But still, who am i to say that he should not murder what is the majority of 'innocents'.
If only the world was a better place, where we could murder somebody for giving a bad look, or calling us bad names. The satisfaction of pulling a shotgun out and blowing the fuck out of them would be immensely good.

Actually, Bush has nothing with you not achieving your own success. We live in a capitalist system where everything is at your disposal....you just have to work for it!!!! Sure most of us won't become rich and famous, but who told you that? Certainly not our Leaders and Governments....that idea must have come from your own mind from watching too many celebrities and wishing to be like them....or just watching to much MTV and what not other glamour shows.

I think that we do live in Freedom compared to other Countries...although I do also agree we have restrictions.... Ex. Car insuarance and Drivers licenses are NOT necessary!!!! I know Countries that allow teens to drive without an damn license....I think this is just one way of many ,for the government to gain money off from us

Actually, we are all held back, but you miseducated souls are not aware of this because you choose to ignore the truth. Our system thrives off the work we do because we not only make owners of certain companies very rich but we also conform to a society in which the rich are made richer and the poor, or even the comfortabley living people just get their hard earned cash sapped from them.
Of course, you people will not have studied A-level sociology and University social studies so i would not expect you to understand.
Even religion has helped capitalist' achieve this. Religion such as christianity has kept poor people in thier place, "the rich man in his castle, the poor man at his gate". lOOK AT THE CONCEPTS OF THE BIBLE AND THEY ALL SPELL EXPLOITATION, AS DOES THE CAPITALIST SOCIETY WE LIVE IN TODAY.
For example, the bible says that if you murder somebody, you will be sent to hell, you will be punished, so therefore, you will obey the rule not to kill. Not to steal etc, etc.
Our society does the same thing, yet if we are bullied we are expected to do nothing except tell a superior, and what do they do, give the bully a slap on the hand.

As for "everything is handed to you", yeah right, whoever wrote that, are you a millionaire, I don't think so. We would like to think everything is, but look at society and how education is linked to it,
all the well-off children go to expensive school and are given a ticket into university, but comprehensive schooled kids have to actually do hard work to get to uni. Certain acts brought in by the government undermind the capabilities of kids in failing schools, instead of pointing the finger at teachers' teaching capabilities, they automatically blame the child for not succeding in the education system they created. Why not find better teachers instead of forgetting about these children.
In conclusion to this little message, i am a well educated person who worked very hard to obtain the degrees I have today, so i would suggest you read a little more and expand your mind, i may listen to Slipknot, Slayer, Rage, Deftones etc. but they all teach a lesson, as do books such as Catch-22, The Rose That Grew From The Concrete and Junk, so do not criticise me for quoting from such media.

There is no real freedom. What we see as freedom is not actually free. Sure we don't have as strict laws as some countrys, but you will never be free as long as you are assigned a Social Security Number. That is all you are to the governent.

no i would not work for free, but my point is that living life is restricted only to the one who hold money. You yourself said it was a service, well a world that treats living life, a natural right we are born with, as a service in which one must pay for, cannot be a free world.

I gotta say that I am impressed with the results of this thread, some very intelligent debate for people that society look upon as wierd (myself included).
The point about life being like a service which we must pay for is a very good one- look at tax for example. This not only gives services such as military protection, which can be a good thing, but it also isn't all spent on what the politicians say it will be spent on, they take holidays and retirement packages out of that aswell, the taxes that we all pay for, unless you are not 18, but it strikes me as strange that in the U.S. you are old enough to pay tax yet you cannot drink alcohol until you are 21, and in Australia you are allowed to drive a car at the age of 16 and a half years of age but you are not allowed to vote and drink until you are 18.
