Being the only authority on metaphysics in the surrounding (by my estimation) 300 miles, I'm glad to participate. The definitions provided in the link seem somewhat cliche, whereas metaphysica is by definition that which cannot be defined under the laws of normal physics. Seems like the average gaudy false claim at knowledge to me.

I haven't read the article, but from Proteus' post, I can gather what it says. But I would just like to add, to what Proteus already said, is that metaphysics doesn't necessarily apply to the paranormal. In fact, I thought paranormal investigations were very much so dealings with physics . . . physical anamolies, if you will. A QUOTE-UNQUOTE ghost is probably best defined and understood through laws of physics than the abstract ponderings of metaphysicists.
