Agoraphobia's no sweat as long as you keep a pocketful of pebbles. Then you've always got the trail back to sanity.

Would having a phobia mean you are only slightly insane?

there's a difference between being scared or afraid in a certain situation to having an actual phobia of whatever thing/situation.
like another poster said about being afraid of what's in the dark.. many people can start to think about a certain thing in the dark and then be afraid of that, doesn't mean it's a phobia..

to have a phobia you avoid whatever you're scared of like the plague, i mean just ther thought of it makes you scared to death..
everyone's scared, it's natural, doesn't mean you have phobias, leave that diagnosis to a doc
