what are ignorance and stupidity? are they infinite or is there a limit to how stupid a person can be? is ignorance quantifiable?

if an infinite amount of knowledge exists, isn't it true that all we ever know is insignificant? but can any insignificant amount be less so than another?

is stupidity simply the opposite of curiosity as ignorance is the opposite of knowledge? is intelligence cold and calculated while stupidity is heated and passionate? do we even really want to know things? or do we experience this drive via a different mechanism? is there any drive at all?

Ignorance could be a way of life because its an active choice. Stupidity is a lack of intelligence and that is not complete choice. those are my definitions, and by them only ignorance could be a philosphy but not neccissarily of the stupid.

But none of you are honest about it. None of you are honest in the way you go about scrounging for your social acceptance. None of you have developed the critical discipline of trying to be honest with yourselves. In fact: none of you are capapble of thinking honestly or feeling honestly.

Honesty takes Courage. it takes Courage to be Honestwith yourself. It takes Courage to be Honest with other people

You cannot have Honesty without Courage;

And... You also cannot have Courage without Honesty. Without Honesty: you cannot be Courageous. Only if you are Honest about what you are afraid of: can you have true Courage.

If a Scandinavian warrior dies in battle without fear of dying because he believes he will go to ValHalla and be praised for his butchery on Earth... then he did not face his own death honestly... he was lying to himself. Then he had false Courage.

But if an Honest person risks their life for something they truly believe is worth LIVING FOR... and also faces his own death without lying to himself... then he has True Courage.

The same is true about love. true love takes both Courage, and Honesty

You cannot love anyone if you do not have the Courage and Honesty it takes to tell the other person you love them...

As a result: people who are emotional cowards amd emotional liars...
In other words: people who lie to themselves about their own feelings, and who do not have the Courage to feel their own true emotions... often never find love simply because they did not have the guts to risk being hurt or rejected.

Why am I telling you this?

the more you pussy foot around and are not honest with yourself and others, the more you get into the bad habit of being a coward when it comes to telling yourself what you truly feel, and what you feel about others: the more you will sabotage your own attempts for happiness simply by being dishonest with yourself and having no Courage.
