Example:
I use a tank, take over your home and make you stay in your house. You must eat what I say, do what I say and all that. If you don't I beat you up/hurt you/torture.

Right" is a subjective term. Let's take the slaughter of the indians as used in Synikul's other thred for example. Why was this a "bad" thing? Sure, the indians didn't like getting killed, but saying it is "wrong" has no basis except for religious values such as "all human life is sacred". Humans are just smarter than average animals, and we don't hear many people scream at the death of any animal now, do we ? Life in and of itself is not what is important. Quality of life is what's important.

I think that when 'Might makes right' was said it wasn't referring to right and wrong, but rights like human rights, I have the right to kill you because I'm able to, justified or not.
