Hmm, not familiar with the term myself. But I looked it up in my philosophy dictionary . . .
Anthroposophy: an occult system claiming that the key to wisdom and to an understanding of the Universe lies in man himself. The original Greek coinage signified 'wisdom about man'. It is now applied to the philosophically eclectic teachings of Rudolf Steiner [. . .] who believed that the cultivation of man's evolving spiritual perceptions was the most important task facing humanity.

With that said, I don't know what the hell it is. But as you can gather, from this definition it seems that the "philosophy" itself appears to be a mockery, or rather mocked by philosophers . . . ? As theology sometimes is. The dicitionary also noted a term called Theosophy, which concerns religious thought and God's wisdom.
But I don't know, I never heard of it before . . .

You must first learn to understand yourself, in order to be capable of understanding the world that surrounds you. Look deep into yourself to realize the principles of the universe. Greek teachings which are close to the zen principles are the roots for this term.
The Five Percenters (God Body) are based loosely on this. Complete knowledge of self being the main goal of every man; which would make you divine, and godly yourself. Everything in existence is willed by him (you because your an extension of him), and blah blah blah.
Yeah, that all sounds more like Theistic Existentialism, not Anthroposophy. Which they could have similar theories, but I don't rightly know because I've never encountered Anthroposophy.
And how exactly is Greek philosophy like Zen philosophy? Never in Pre-Socratic thought have I encountered anything remotely similar to eastern thought. Unless of course you're talking about the fact that Pre-Socratic philosophy had a lot of divine interventions . . . but in a more physical realm rather than metaphysical.

how does theology fit in with philosophy, are they basically same thing or separate studies; both seem to have aspects with each other, but theology doesn't generally seem accepted as a philosophy?

Theology, as I understand it, is more or less a religious philosophy. It's a way to prove some sort of religious aspect, like God's exitistence, but in a philosophical context.
