Yes it is love. But love does not remove all fear. You could be afraid of something harmful happening to the object of your love, etcetera.

Love is, I belive indescribeable (sp?) as it is...to try to put it in one sentence (which, I might add again, is incorrect) is a travesty.

Dpending on personal goals, an ambitons it's best to be feared, but I have to admit, for the sake of ones emotional health it's much better to be loved, Love is far more benificail than fear, even if there is the fear of losing that love

Fear of a person can be lost.It is almost as easy to stop being afraid of someone as it is to stop loving them if both emotions come about from a incorrect image of the person in question, which happens often.:/

Circ wasn't intending to insult anyone. In all honesty, he didn't insult anyone (accept maybe their pride). He just made clear he had no reason to read your post on logical fallacies and that his opinion of you deciding what it and isn't credible is very low.

Neither fear nor love can be described with simplicity. These aren't rudimentary concepts. We (as a collective) can attempt to reduce them into ideas that our feeble, mortal minds are capable of grasping, and that's the best we can do.

Perhaps when making our votes, we should've included our personal definition of what love and fear are, to better explain our unique positions. As such, Circ will explain his positions on both, taken in the light of what he assumed the original question was cast in:

i say fear only because the majority of us are blind to love. its not like love can be easily defined whereas, we all know fear and have experienced it.

One unwilling to offer love for love seldom finds themselves capable of receiving it, or even acknowledging it when its manifestation transpires. As such, a heartless person could be the object of love, and still not know what it is. This situation is called being blinded by One's own selfish nature.

I think you're being very close-minded about all that love can involve.

and conversely i think you are too broad... but such it the impasse... i admit that i am a jaded person emotionally, but i still believe i am justified in my definitions...
