My anxiety attacks don't always cause me so much physical pain, some in the chest -but never a lot. I just can't stop crying and I get that dying or that about to die feeling. The worst episode of it in public that I have had was my freshmen year in health class. I freaked out, started screaming at the kids in my class because I guess I thought they were threatening me, and then fell down at the foot of the door crying, my teacher couldn't get me to move or stop. I wouldn't move because I was too embaressed and just froze. The older kids gave me a nickname, and my counselor tried to get me sent to a hospital -its a crappy year.

I've categorized it as emotional breakdowns, I just need to steady myself out... somehow, I don't believe in meds.
