Deanna sat there tired and lonely in front of the lake, the water was shimmering in the light breeze and the moonlight shone down making the ripples on the water hypnotic.

Her nights seem to be getting longer and longer, she didn't seem to have any companions and there was no-one near by that she could talk to.

She just sat there watching and waiting, hoping for a passer by.

She put her hands behind her head and leaned back against the tree, a great old oak tree it was, with lush green leaves, some were turning a golden colour, a sign that autumn was on its way and a time for colder weather to begin.

She listened intently to the crickets in the under growth the only sound that was about apart from the breeze and the ripples of the water.

She closed her eyes still listening then suddenly she heard a crack of a branch behind her.

"Who goes there" she called out her voice confident and strong. There was no reply "who goes there i said" she called out again still her voice confident and strong, still there was no reply.

She arose from where she was sat and turned towards where the sound had come from. There she saw a handsome young male, dressed all in black, with a long black coat and piercing crystal blue eyes.

She stared at him in awe she didn't know what to make of this creature, she was unsure he was mortal or a creature of the night as she was.

This was not like her at all she could usually tell the difference between mortals and night creatures their scent was completely different. Usually the mortals had a lot of fear in them where night creatures had nothing. No feelings what so ever and the feelings that they do carry are buried deep inside themselves.

She smiled at the creature unsure she should move towards him. She called out to him once more "greetings there stranger may i help you in anyway." He smiled back acknowledging her and said in a deep growl of a voice, "I am Caleb, i have been wandering for many nights and you are the first person i have come accross in that length of time."

DeAnna looked at him confused, "you know, i too have not seen a single person in many nights. You are the first, and you are not mortal are you, i can sense it."

Caleb walked slowly and steadily towards DeAnna he almost seem to glide towards her. He stopped suddenly right infront of her. "No my sweet DeAnna i am not mortal, i am like you a damned creature of the night, left in torment for eternity" she looked at him a small tear of blood ran down her cheek, then she realised that he new her name.

"How do you know my name" she asked.

DeAnna looked at Caleb, confusion written all over her face, she did not know what else she could do or say to him, he new her name, how did he know her name? How could he know her name? She didn't know him or at least she couldn't recall knowing him.

Crouched low in the underbrush surrounding the lake, Sin watched the events play out before her. She had never encountered either of the others there, and for now she just watched silently... listening to their exchange.

It seemed as if the male knew the female but not vice versa.. A smile split her features though her expression remained yet unreadable, unsure how the scene before her would evolve.

For now, she just watched..

Caleb, stroked DeAnna's face, "do not fear me DeAnna my sweet DeAnna, it has been so long that i have searched for you".
She looked at him more tears running down her face, then she felt a presence another being somewhere near the lake, she turned and scanned the area, but she could see nothing, but she was sure certainly positive that there was someone there.

Continuing to watch Sin furrowed her brow slightly...

The male was behaving most familiar with the female one and calling her DeAnna, but the female party still didn't seem to recognize him. Not knowing fully yet how either of them felt about the other, she remained where she was.

They would know she was there by this point, but she didn't feel it was time to reveal herself.

*A shadow like figure could be made out in the distance, at a steady pace he made his way twoards the lake. This tall man of a meddium build was wearing a skin thight black a shirt and a pair of striaght legged leather pants over his left shoulder hung a bomber style leather jacket, he appeared to have no weapons on him at all. Before he got much closer to the lake he made out what looked like to be a male and a female he stoped in his tracks.

He looked around looking for a good place to hide when his eyes noticed the underbrush which surrounded the lake. As quickly and as quitly as possible he made his way to it but his heavy boots made it hard for him to move without making a sound . But he eventualy made his way there, he soon duct under the brush.
He looked over to the male and the female once more and then he layed down, resting his head on his now rolled up jacket.

The man then noticed a stunning looking woman crouching in the underbrush to, she unlike himself seemed to be interested at the to near the lake. He felt the sudden urge to speak with her but doing so may have alerted the two at the lake instead he consintrated real hard on the woman, if his guess was right about her she would probably be able to hear his thougts*

Hey have nothing better to do, or is stalking people a hobbie of yours

DeAnna looked back at Caleb and smiled, i do not fear you Caleb, you do seem familiar to me but my memory is not what it used to be, dont remember much before i became what i am now, she turned and looked back towards the lake. The ripples on the water looked beautiful in the moonlight.
Suddenly she heard a russle behind her, close to the underbrush near the edge of the lake, then she heard thoughts, only slight thoughts but she heard them, someone mensioning stalking.
She turned back to Caleb, i think there is someone maybe two people watching us

Her attention was drawn away from the pair by yet a third figure approaching from the distance. Obsidian eyes flickered with an unreadable expression as one eyebrow slowly rose upwards upon her forehead... he was not only approaching, but settling down very near to her own location.

Not giving it much thought she turned her attention back to the pair at the lake with a degree of curiosity and intrigue, hoping she hadn't missed anything particularly exciting though so far for the most part all they seemed to be doing was chatting in an amicable fashion... then the question entered her mind, from the stranger.

Turning her head she gave him a quick study, glancing him over a few times. He didn't look totally unappetizing but she wasn't particularly hungry at this time... amusement filled every crevice and pore of her being, as she answered silently...

"Well the same could be asked of you really..."

The woman at the lakefront who the man was referring to as DeAnna was definitely perceptive. Their location was known by now thanks to the tromping and stomping of the man who had joined her in the underbrush. She knew that because DeAnna had turned and looked straight at them. Oh well, she would stay here for now regardless of what whoever knew about her location. She was comfortable.

DeAnna turned back away from Caleb and back toward the undergrowth of where she now new there were two beings, although she felt no threat from them she wanted to know what they wanted.
She turned and gave Caleb a smile and touched his face, you are dear to me Caleb, i feel in my inner self that i do know you, i just need time to remember you, im sure it will come back to me but for now i am curious, as im sure you are.
My dear sweet DeAnna, you read me so well, yes i am curious lets take a stroll close to the lake,she nodded Yes Caleb that would be nice.
DeAnna took hold of Caleb's hand and began to walk towards the underbrush near the edge of the lake, to where she heard the thoughts, to find out who or maybe what was watching her and her new found companion.

*Sanosukes face had a small smile on it when the young lady answered him back, she seemed for the most part to have a slight sense of humor somthing which he had barely seen in vampires in his time. He still layed there his brown eyes fixated on the sky above and his back resting on the cool ground, he was very comfortable.
His attention was never on the two at the lake he infact nearly forgot the two were there. In a very soft and greeting voice he began to speak agian with the beautiful woman not to far beside him*

Well Ms in truth I came here to rest a while. But I think stalking you could become a new hobbie of mine

*It was then he leaned up, holding himself up with his elbows. His very inviting eyes looked at the young woman, he then shifted his weight holding himself up on one elbow, his other arm reached out to the woman in the form on a hand shake*

DeAnna could still hear the rustling of the underbrush, and still curious she and Caleb walked closer to the lake.

Suddenly she squeezed Caleb's hand, and pointed out across the lake. She was sure she saw something move over the on other side.

Caleb did you see that, im sure i saw a figure over there near the edge of the other side of the lake.

Caleb turned to DeAnna and pulled her close to his chest, hush my sweet there is nothing there only the leaves moving in the wind. She was unsure, fear was written all over her face as she buried her head deep within Calebs chest, Caleb held her tight stroking her hair all the while checking the other side of the lake, unsure himself whether there was anything there or not.
