Aeon landed out and slid across the floor. He rolled it out and landed tucked down on one foot. His ears were still ringing but were attached. His wrap was gone, leaving his face exsposed. The darkness that made up his cloak quickly grew up and recovered his head. But now streaks of red were turning around threw it, forming fibanchi's and golden ratio rectangles. He built it around, them eminating off of the dead darkness of the rest.

He looked over at Sano. Hopefully he was smart enough to realize a foe and an allie. He then looked over at Eden and Valron. They were twenty feet apart. I can take care of that.

Aeon sparked over to the side of Valron. He stood there... looking at him. "Come on man. That was weak. Please." He then snapped out his hand, open palm strike. He landed it to the cheekbone of Valron and sent him up off his feet a bit and flying towards Eden. He lept off following Valron. He kept the same path. He timed it all out quickly in his head. He waited for Valron to hit Eden and then he swung both of his fist around, slamming back into Valron's head and forcing it to bounce off Eden. He followed threw with a right foot heel to Eden's forehead.

He stood in the spot that Eden was just at, next to Marius. Eden thou now was flying threw the air. Aeon looked at Marius.. staring out threw the slit in his head wrap. His eyes were now spirialing the red and black as well. His shirt was now fully covered in the red and black... interweaving and forming the symbols of his power. He looked at Marius. ANd waited for the man to move.

Eden soared over the cement, but with a slight arch to his back his hands hit the cement, flipping him over several times before he landed on his feet with a skid. He felt up to his forehead where a dark bruise was just in birth, and snarled. Cheap shot.

He began to slowly walk back towards Aeon...step after step, slow and steady.

Marius had endured Aeon's assault, standing firm with each hit. If he fell to the ground, he stood back up. If he was budged from where he stood, he walked back. Eden had attacked for Marius and was attacked. Even young Valron fought for his old friend Marius. Yet they were attacked. This was an unforgivable mistake.

Marius' face was expressionless, even as his wounds bled freely down his face, some of it soaking in his white linen collar, the other running down his chest, as Aeon looked upon it, save the small white bolts of energy that scattered across his arctic pupils, pleading to be released upon the fool that stood before him. However, this was melee combat. No magic. At least until someone broke the rules. Then all hell would break loose, and it would be at Marius' command.

He continued staring at Aeon. Sanosuke had just attacked him, and done a decent job. Aeon, however, was sloppy. For now, Sano would have to wait. There was bigger, vainer, more stupid fish to fry.

Marius quickly extended both arms so without a notice, he was tightly grasping Aeon by his collarbones. He thrust his knee forward, driving it into Aeon's stomach. He then lowered his left hand to drive his palm into Aeon's chin, countering the direction of his previous assault. His head snapped back. Marius then quickly stepped back and did a jump kick so that the wooden sole of his black Italian shoe was planted firmly against Aeon's throat. With his foot still planted, Marius spun around and kicked Aeon in his face, his foot pounding against Aeon's cheek and nose. He then landed upon the concrete floor, quickly stepping into yet another aggressive stance.

Marius then jumped up once again into the air and twisted his body so that he was upside down while directly above Aeon's head. Marius grabbed the man's head with both hands, then with much force, turned his body as to jerk Aeon's head to the right. The sound of bones cracking was barely heard by Marius over the roar of blood flowing through and from his head. Marius then pushed with his arms away from Aeon's head and flipped forwards so that he once again stood before Aeon. He smiled, paying no attention to his own blood that flowed into his mouth and from it, staining his teeth. He lifted his left hand, palm up, and bent his fingers toward him then extended them once more. He was letting Aeon know that if he was up for it, Marius was ready - welcoming - Aeon's attack.

Eden's bleeding lips smiled once again. But now it was his turn.

He sprinted across the arena, and strange as it was, actually ran up Aeons body, planting his foot firmly in his abdomen, stomach, chest, throat, and one lest one in his face. Yet it didn't end there, because Eden suddenly shot downwards, catching one booted foot in Aeon's throat and the other on his chest and slammed Aeon into the concrete; dust billowing into a cloud so thick that it almost hid Eden, straddling Aeon, his fists beating the little flesh that wasn't already torn. After many hits Eden flipped forward off of him, landing on his feet, and without looking back stepped as hard as he could directly on Aeon's face, not even bothering to turn his head to see.

*Sanosuke stood still his breathing was regular now and much of his bleeding on his head had stoped, it was now more then ever he wished he could regenerate his body but that was beyond his capibility as a human.

He continued to watch the fight which was now turning more into a beating. His face cringed as he watched Valron, Eden and Marius take turns beating on Aeon. Sano didnt feel such a fight was fair but he didnt think making an allie with Aeon would be such a great idea ethier.

So he stood there giving his body a chance to rest, he made sure to stay on guard though he was resting. He would wait there untill one of the three made there move on him, this way it would allow them to tire themselve out beating Aeon sensless*

Aeon blanked out of his head for the moment of the hitting... letting his body fly instead of resisting. The hits hurt... but his body bended threw it's agility and very little dislocation happened. The crack bones were healing as he flew threw the air, but they even would take some time. He awoke when he brought up both legs and wrapped them around Eden's chest. He wrapped his feet up and around his neck. He sat his hands down and then slammed Eden down into the concrete. He then reached up with his hands and pryed the lock of Eden off him. He rolled back and stood there. He looked over to Marius.

"You hide behind a team. And two versus three is never fair... especially when the two aren't even on the same team." Aeon blinked over to Marius... not so much as moving but just being there one second after the previous one. He was next to Marius and looking at him. "But that don't bother me none."

He slammed his right fist formed into a tiger claw strike into the soft part of Marius's neck. His neck snapped up and over. Aeon dropped his hand back down and then punched him in the gut, tiger claw strike still. He then backwards round house with his left foot and kicked Marius in the forehead with his left heel. He stood by bringing his foot down to teh ground as Marius flew back. He watched as the dust flew out. Eden was up by now he assumed... not ever looking but just assuming. Valron was about to move too. He was the center. He stood waiting for anyone to move. He was fully prepared to get out of the area.... for anyone. Defenses was now important. and priority.

Marius wasn't expecting Eden's brutality of Aeon. He wasn't upset, however, that Aeon wouldn't attack. If anything, Eden's viscous and appalling assault upon the fool pleased Marius to no extent, especially the final touch. True beauty can be found in anything...and Marius had just seen it in Eden's action.

Marius brought both hands together and clapped them slowly.

Bravo my dear brother, brav-o...

It was then, however, Aeon came back. Marius was fed up with his shit now. He knew soon Aeon would launch another attack upon him. This time Marius would end it and finally turn his attention back to Sano.

Just as Marius foresaw, Aeon attacked. Again, Marius stood still, blocking some but taking the blunt of many simply because anger and adrenaline had long ago made him numb. Like a religious zealot, Marius had an idea in mind - the destruction of Aeon - and he wouldn't stop until he had reached his goal, in one way or another.

He looked to Aeon, catching his eyes. He then spoke in a cold, unforgiving loathing voice. You're wrong. I hide behind nothing. These men just so happen to be old friends of mine and thus, they will fight for me as I will fight for them. Luck of the draw for you I guess. To be quite honest, I had planned on pursuing our engagement after this battle - hunting you down if I must. That way, there is no rules of combat. Perhaps you think that I am a force not to be reckoned with now. Perhaps I am merely vain. Nonetheless, once this is over, you will taste the full extent of my fury, and you will bathe in your own piss as you cower from that fury.

It was then Marius launched what he hoped would be his final assault upon Aeon. He quickly ran to the man and kicked his left knee then his right with all his strength, powerful enough to break any bone, causing his legs to bend the opposite way they were intended to. After that, he stepped back and kicked Aeon again with his full strength in the groin, causing the man to be lifted several feet into the air. Marius jumped up and caught the man while he was still in mid-air and threw him into the concrete floor, splintering and shattering the concrete. Marius landed beside Aeon and reached to the ground, picking up a small jagged piece of rock. He then quickly slid it up and across Aeon's neck, thus severing the flesh, tendons, and muscles. Marius then turned and did a jump kick, landing it on the bottom of Aeon's chin, forcing his head back with much force, ripping the flesh even further and cracking bones. After that, Marius extended his left hand's fingers and jabbed them into Aeon's Adonis line - the soft area right before the man's hipbone. His fingers slid inside the man's body easily enough, finding the main artery that ran from the heart and down through the legs. Marius gripped it and twisted it, ripping the artery, causing blood to spray onto Marius. He then placed his other hand upon Aeon's collarbone and gripped it. He lifted Aeon a couple feet from the floor with his left hand, his arm sliding deeper into the man's body. Knowing the anatomy of humanoid creatures quite well, his various battles giving him most of the knowledge, Marius found Aeon's heart and grasped it. He squeezed the vital organ with all of his force, causing all blood to surge from it. Aeon's veins swelled as his blood, besides what had escaped due to his wounds, rushed through them. The whites of his eyes became crimson as blood flowed where tears would. The thick, crimson liquid bubbled from his ears, down the side of his face. All the while, Marius smiled, looking the man in the eyes. With a devilish smirk, Marius ripped his hand from Aeon's body, his hand still holding tightly onto the collapsed organ. Marius stood still for a moment then, holding the man's heart with one hand while still steadying him with the other. He released his grip of the man's shoulder.

I think this is yours...

He dropped the crushed heart to the floor, where it splattered what little blood remained around the area it hit. Marius then hit Aeon in his forehead with his palm, knocking the man onto his back. He stepped back a few feet and then stood there, towering above Aeon. If Aeon were to get back up, Marius would make sure he would quickly be down again.

*i guess i'm dead. I rot peacefully*

Eden laughed as Aeon's body fell, lifeless. The fool had actually chosen death? Oh well. Eden was sure that was of no consequence of Marius; after all, should Aeon have chosen his immortal body could have survived such an attack, albeit without much strength left. But oh well, that was one less competitor.

Now Eden turned his attention to Sano. "I suppose you'll be next, although I hope you aren't as weak as Aeon. I already know you are not after our venture in the Forrest." Eden said. Yes, he had fought Sano before. Someday he would be spectacular.

*Valron landed with a thud against the concrete of the ring. He stood up and dusted his coat off lightly. Looking on with a slight grimance to his face he watched as Aeon had his heart ripped out by Marius and fell dead to the areana floor. What a waste. No one was supposed to die in these fights.*

*Valron noticed how Sano stood alone, without any defenders. If his guess was right, then Sano would be the next body laying on the floor. And he didn't want that to happen.*

"Hey judge, is there any reason to keep going on in this round since some two people have gotten out for various different reasons?" Valron yelled to the judge.

The voice of the officials rang out once more: Round 2 is now over. Fighters will please exit the ring and await the ruling on elimination.

*Sanosuke heard the voice annoucment declaring tthe end or round two. He was angry and releved at the same time, angry that he would have to wait untill next round to really begin to fight and prove to Marius and Eden that he was not some push over, and releved be cause of what he had seen Marius do to Aeon it was quite a grusome sight but Sano knew Aeon had it coming.

Like a good boy Sano steped out of the ring and steped over to the side awiating the ruling, wondering how the next round would go. He then looked over to Eden and sent him a message to him telepathicly*

Remeber Eden you said I was next, I will show you how much I have trianed since we last fought and how much strength I have really gained in the next round

(OOC: I haven't been able to get on the 'net lately, so if I take a super long time to reply, sorry.)
Kalika dashed into the ring trying to make up for missing the last round. She had changed into a t-shirt and jeans to fight in. Hey, it was comfortable and easy to fight in! On both of her arms, she wore elbow length gloves, flicking a hair out of the way.

" So who's in this round, I wonder.'

It seemed like days passed as, somehwere unseen, the future of the fighers was being decided.

Finally, the announcer's voice rang out again...Announcing the finalists of the tournament: Vorach, Eden, Valron, Marius, and Hiro Massive roars erupted from the seething ocean or mortal (and the hidden immortal) spectators.

Hiro was hidden deep inside the bull pen, leaning against the stone wall, one toned and beautifully hairless arm resting over the other. His hair hung over his face, hiding his eyes and mouth and most of his nose, his hair and flesh glowing with an unnatural luster. "It is time." He said. With a shrug he was standing straight, arms to his sides, glowing flesh beautiful and somehow ghostly. Yes, it was true his body was sculpted, raw almost with it's masculine appeareance yet graceful curves and tones, yet this wasn't why his power was so great. He was the Angel without a Name, and now...now it was time to show the world. He knew he probably would not leave the victor...why would he? Everyone knew his power. And so many of these people were worthy of notoriety. But now...now he would show them all the true meaning of power.

*Valron sat outside of the stadium, under the shade of a willow tree. To any passerby he was nearly unnoticable, the only thing giving away his presence was a steady hum coming from between his lips. He sat cross-legged, his hands folded in his lap and his eyes closed. No matter what anyone might have done to him, he stayed immobile and within his deep trance.*

"Announcing the finalists of the tournament: Vorach, Eden, Valron, Marius, and Hiro" said the announcer from within the stadium.
*Valron's eyes snapped open as if on cue. His humming ended suddenly and he stood up, brushing off dirt and leaves that had fallen on him. He jumped into the air and at the apex of his jump he stopped, seemingly to float in air. But if someone would look closely, they could see energy wings that flapped in the air coming from his back.*

*Valron flew up and into the stadium, his voice being heard in the heads of the other finalists as he landed on the floor.*

Well, my friends, these people have paid to see a great show, so how about we give them one that they'll never forget.

*Sano listened to the annocment, running the names of the finalist through his head over and over agian. He was elliminated from the tourement his head filled with anger and his blood began to shoot threw his vains as his body tempature began to skyrocket. He looked at the wall next to him and gave it a swift hard right puch, as his hand hit the wall a very strange thing happened instead of his fist going threw the cement a creator was formed on the wall, this creator had a perfect 12ft diameter and a depth of four feet in the middle. His fist then was lowwered to his side realizing he had just shown to every one, one of his most secert moves, one that he had been waiting to use in the next round but it didnt matter now.

Hitting the wall had released a great deal of the anger in Sanosuke's head he finaly came to the realization that he just wasn`t ready for a fight like this one, if he was he would have been one of the finalist. Atleast he had the promise of getting to watch what would be one of the greatest fights ever to been seen and in a way that in itself was compensation enough. Sano then moved over a few feet and leaned agianst part of the wall that was not smashed in secretly wishing to himself that anyone but Eden would win*

Hiro stepped once again inside the ring. His old injuries had healed, as would anyone elses' who possessed such an ability. He took his place in one corner, taking notice of Eden.

Marius listened, standing in a shadowed corner, as the announcer proclaimed the end of this round. Minutes seemed like days as the fighters were judged, and ultimately the victors named.

Marius wasn't suprised to hear the names of the champions - the men who would go on to fight one another. However, he was disappointed. Sanosuke was not named. He had fought well, and deserved, if he so wished, to fight the best. Without a second thought, Marius had already made his mind. After all, with the death of Aeon, his business here was finished.

Marius made his way towards the center of the arena, where he stood still for a brief moment, gathering the crowd's, and the fighters', attention. His white linen shirt was ripped and stained with blood - both of his own wounds and others'. He had removed the cloak once the fight was over. He turned in a circle, taking view upon the entire gathering of spectators. It was then he spoke in a loud, confident voice so that every being in the arena could hear him.

I had only business here in the arena. Now that I have completed my task, I wish to ask the young warrior Sanosuke if he would take my place in the final battle. He fought well, and thus, I feel he deserves as much. Will the warrior Sanosuke take my place among the final fighters?

It was then Marius looked to Sanosuke, catching the man's eyes with his own.

Take my place, brave fighter, for you deserve it and my business here is finished...
