Since Mataji is a higher evolved version of Kalika, she is still a vampire. Sati Matajii is merely Matajii on a superstrong bloodlust.
She has black streaks in her white hair and her eyes are red. She speaks with a slight growl in her voice and her fingernails have lenghtened to claws.
