Zero is completly mechanical

Body, his body is made from titanium coated with Kevlar making him bulletprof, also the metals used to make his body has been enchanted with many spells to increase it`s endurace and also help protect agianst small amounts of magic. His inside contians his power source, weapons, and nanomites which serve various funtions.

Power source :
His mian power source is 6 nuclear battires inside his body. In regular times he only uses one, but during battle the others become operational. Depending on how many are activated depens on weapon,phsyical strength. There is also a safe gaurd on these battires which will be explianed later.

Nanomites :
Zeros body is filled with these little mechnical creatures. They preform many tasks, like covering zeros body so it feels as if he has skin. They also have the ablity to repiar damged systems and small damage to the body.

Weapons : He is able it shoot lazers from his eyes and from the center of both hands. His right fore arm and change into a lazer cannon while his right can change into a mini gattling gun.
And he carrys around a kitsu gamma sword made from a metal simalar to his own.

Flight: the bottem of his feet and the back of his legs works as hover pads allowing him to fly. He also has small retro rockets contianed in his ankles incase he may need them

Weakness: Because of his hard body giving Damage to him will not be as easy a a kick to the chin, Energy attacks, magic attacks and heavy physical attacks will cause damage but they do not cause him pian only structral damage. Also he has a defective cooling system, so heating up is a risk especialy when all his battires are functional , so getting him to keep moving will only get him to cause himself damage

last resort: If zeros battires are ever tampered without proper precedjures being taken a small bomb inside his body will be set off, this is not a regular bomb, this is a small compact hydrogen bomb with more then enough power to take out a city

intelligence : Zeros system is built to learn, at first he will seem to have no character or personality but later in the story he will become more like a person. His mechnical brian is filled with battle stratigies from all over the world, he also has detialed files about demons and vampires and other supernatural beings.
His mind allows him to get information even fron satilites within his range

Back story: Zero is the complete product of 30years of work from a highly secritve society with ties to almost every thing, he was built for one reason and that was to stop the super natural from preying on humans, Zero himself is cold and has no emotions, he was not built with a personality nor with any mind of his own.

Zero outside The matrix wears actually nothing, this is due to the fact that one he really doesn’t need to and two every article of clothing that was ever made in his size has long since disintegrated over time. Instead his nanomites change color to make it look as though he wears a skin thigh leather jumpsuit.
Inside Matrix
Zero is able to program several outfits so he is able to change them to fit what ever he is doing.

And because this is no longer his prototype or war body(he is actually on his 12th version) he is alittle different, for instance he and his programs have been emp shielded.

Inside the matrix
His body is more like that of a terminator, though mechanical and bulkier then a terminators skeleton like frame he is covered by a layer of skin, which when shot will be blown away to reveal a metal body.

Power source:
On his last and final full upgrade the scientist who made him put an untested power source in him, it was rumored that it was some sort of untested energy generator. Zero was the only machine fitted with it and had the plans encrypted into his program, everything dealing with that project besides Zero and two of the scientist were destroyed(of course the two remaining members are now long since dead) Though he also has several small nuclear battery as a back up if he has to make repairs to his main power source.

Nanomites:
Even these tiny creatures were upgraded as well, able to fix a large amount of damage them before and in a quicker amount of time.
Though inside the matrix these creatures do not exist, do to the fact that Zero is unable to fit the trillions of tiny programs into a download into the matrix, he just does not have that ability unless he kind find a proper download port in which case it is a different story. Though that is highly unlikely

Weapons outside the matrix
Offensive: He is able it shoot lasers from his eyes and from the center of both hands. His right fore arm and change into a laser cannon while his right can change into a mini gattling gun. The is also a giant laser canon in the center of his chest designed to knock out large targets
Defensive: He is able to not only generate energy/ force fields around his body but also able to generate emp fields to knock out machines and electronics.

Weapons inside the matrix
Offensive: All he is able to do his transform his left arm into a 50 caliber fast shooting cannon, Any other weapon he will have to get while inside the matrix
Deffensive:His heavily armored body is pretty much the only defense he has, just like before he can not project his shield programs into the matrix.

Flight: His flight systems are the same though like many of his other systems are inaccessible in the matrix

Download system: Zero is able to enter the matrix in to ways, first is of course through a download port like every thing else. And the other is by satellite so he can literally be anywhere and enter the matrix.

Matrix death: Though he is able to be destroyed in the matrix he will not be killed in the real world, though he will not be able to re-enter the matrix for close to twenty minutes.

AI : Zero is truely the last of his kind a robotic creature that still has some human emotion. In his mind alone not only does he hold all that was man but also a growing AI program which allows him to become smarter. Though because it would be impossible for him to hold everything he knew inside of him he has the majority of everything he knows on hardcopies.
Inside the Matrix : unlike humans Zero is unable to warp reality at a moments notice but unlike other programs he is able to to break codes which make up the matrix, though this may take a few minutes or even hours he can change certian aspects of his surroundings.
