First of all,Johnny Depp, and Tim Burton are excellent together. I just read about this movie this morning in the newspaper,and Im all hot and bothered.Well,not literally.But This movie looks good.Big fan of the first two batman flicks,Nightmare before Christmas,Planet of the Apes,Etc.Can't wait til this one comes out, or Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.But thats another Thread.

I was never a really big fan of Tim Burton. I often found his work to be shitty. WHen he made A Nightmare Before Christmas I was going to go watch it but all the gawth kids basically spoilt it for me... I didn't bother watching it but then after a few years, I bought it on sale over here and figured I would give it a shot. It was alright. I liked Big Fish too. I like The claymation alot so I will be wanting to watch this.... Just as long as bluten buys the popcorn.

Im very interested. Burton is one of my favorite directors. The only thing I would have to say I have against this is that it is too similar to Nightmare Before Christmas. In fact, Victor looks like Jack Skelington with Johnny Depp's head on it. and the corpse looks just like Sally. I mean, I know it his style, but the resemblence is jsut too close.

Also... I hate it when they advertise a movie at the begining of the year... when it wont be out until the near end. The anticipation slays me. this isnt due out until Halloween.

i was doubtful at first, how exciting would it be to be married to a dead person, but apparantly tim burton worked it out and it does look like it'd be a thrilling show to watch...especially if it's got the cheerful spookiness of the nightmare before christmas.

I, personaly, am a very big Tim Burton fan. I am extatic about Danny Elfman doing the music for the movie. The movie over all, looks like a good idea, a little too close to Nightmare Before Christmas, but I have high hopes for it, none the less. I do like Johnny Depp in Burton films, but I don't think he is the best pick. High anticipation.
