for the most part i think it's all for laughs, they even tie in their own stabs at religion, but it's still a hit on family guy. hopefully it stirs up something funny between the two shows.

last time i checked, satan wasn't a religion, he may not even be an authentic entity and i would be concerned if people worship censors.

christians do complain about south park and other cartoons that portray them in a negative light, censors do give their producers hell, limiting what they can say and do on syndicate television, this isn't exclusive to south park...and tom cruise is a scientologist...
