This was a great movie, and really helped me see the truth about life and everything around me. Have any of you seen this movie?

I think a scanner Darkly was great... and shows us some hidden messages.

It made me thoroughly uncomfortable and weirded out. Not a movie I'd watch more than once unless under the influence of hard drugs.

don't tell me you're one of those nutjobs who'd blame it on the matrix if you went and shot up a bunch of feds or random people in the street.

I don't believe all the stuff about conspiracy in films.
But all these movies have hidden messages of truth in them.
Most people don't even see them.

Do realize all the stuff about Big Brother is real. Also did you know they have cameras watching people all the time in the UK?
They even wanted to install mics to record people on public streets.
But yeah it's just a fake conspiracy even though that stuff is actually there.
Just pretend it's not there. That's what they do. lol

That has nothing to do with the matrix or blasting people.

Yeah the movie is fun when drunk and or high. A very fun movie.

CCTV is only in public places. It's not like they have cameras installed in your home or your bathroom stall. If you're embarrassed or afraid of being watched, don't do stupid shit in public. It's actually a very effective tool on Torchwood.

and we all know that we're being watched on cctv, infact if you look around, they broadcast whether there are cameras around. i have cctv cameras myself around my house. my friends house does too. nearly every part of outside his house is monitored, and recorded using digital movement detection.

i know and like the fact there are cctv cameras all around. infact, i'd be happy to know that people are filming what is going on outside, if someone mugged me or stabbed my mum or dad, the film would do great in catching the asshole who did it. hoodies have been banned in malls and suchlike around me to help such things.

like WL said, if you're paranoid, don't do crazy shit in public. infact, just stay in your little square room and read conspiracy magazines and live in fear from "the man"

I had to watch that movie twice to understand it...it wasn't the greatest movie ever, that's certain. It was actually rather weird.

I'm just not one for conspiracy theories.

I didn't like it.

The whole style of it annoyed me greatly and I only watched it for about 10 mins and then turned it off.

The book by Philip K. Dick is way better. The movie is kind of screwie. Try reading it for a better perspective.
