its the only night of the year where television (back in the day) played horror movies. yet, this and last year, amc was the only network to air horror movies, and shitty ones at that (halloween 23 and scream 11).

im too old to egg houses and too young to pass out at 8 pm. im sick of watching the same dvd's and vhs tapes over and over. air good halloween tv or be bought out by dish satalite.

and AMC did air Friday the 13th which was pretty kool, since you rarely see the first one ever on t.v.

oh, and they also aired American Warewolf In London which was kool too since i ain't seen that flick in years.....

but yeah, Halloween t.v. did kinda suck this year.....i didn't even see Rocky Horror Picture Show on any station....not that i like that film, but still, i thought that was like a t.v. law or sumtin'.....

Beats my Halloween, I went to the Haunted Trail at Lake Compounce with ym brother his girlfriend and my girlfriend and I got us lost on the way home because it was late as hell and I was a little buzzed and missed our Exit. To which my girlfriend started arguing with me for being stupid and all I could reply was "SHUT YOUR FUCKING FACE!".. we made up though when we got home. Does anyone else get a NASTY headache from the fog made from those fog machines?

That reminds me of one of the times I went through Ripley's Haunted Adventure. When you first go up the elevator, some douche stands there in front of a coffin and gives you this supposedly scary warning about the rules of the house.

I dont even really watch TV much anymore my DVD collection is ginormous though.

Since most tv shows are coming out on DVD now.. I don't bother with tv very often. I absolutely hate commercials. The only time I watch tv is for Attack of the Show on G4 and Fox Soccer Channel.

The only TV show I watch regularally is King of the Hill and even that I have come very close to buying the DVD set for... I probably will eventually if I dont get it for Xmas.

well... there is the blatent example of the ER episode where in context nudity was edited out because of The Nipple... and, originally, Desperate Housewives was supposed to be a bit more HBO than CBS.

of course, on the flip side, South Park is now being aired in syndication... though i doubt the infamous cursing episode will ever make it.

nudity and cursing are allowed after midnight I believe. They had Dave Chappelles new comedy routine on Comedy Central the other night and they didnt cut any of the fuck, cock, faggot, pussy, shit words he used.

ER is aired on network television during primetime hours. There shouldn't BE nudity. If you're that desperate to see a pair of titties, invest in Spice Channel.

why not? it wasn't sexualized... it was contextual nudity that was in keeping with the point the writers wanted to make concerning the dividing line between the wishes of the patient and the needs of their treatment.
