I can't figure her out. She's bad, kinda. But she's good, kinda.

Monday's episode should be kick ass. Goes back 6 months previous when they're first realizing shit.

I love Hiro when he gets excited, throws his arms up, and yells something in Japanese. It's the cutest thing.

questions plaguing the back of my mind are mainly: what's the extent of micahs powers? why is saving claire so important? is it just a reason to gather them together? what's up with the haitian dude? and what the hell has hiro been doing for the "past 6 months"?

oh, and will the elder patrelli(forgot his name) ever stop being a dick?

i just want at least one of those answered in the next episode.

Concerning Syler (based on what I've seen of him during the series):

1. He can fly.

2. He can get shot, then get back up again. (Regeneration like Claire?)

3. He has telekinesis.

4. He's really strong.

5. He takes brains right out of people's heads.

6. It took two people with mental powers to drop the guy; whether the fall off the roof of the school is taken into account there is unknown.

Conclusions:

1. He's a badass.

2. He's a sick puppy.

3. He's the only one in the series that has multiple powers. Whether that has anything to do with his taking their brains, I have no clue.

don't forget, he also has laser beams in the tips of his fingers.

I KNEW IT. I couldn't quite tell if he lasered cheerleading homegirl's skull off or not. The episode quality on dailymotion was kind of shit for that one. I want that power.

3 hours and 20 minutes til the new episode! I could quickly list this ahead of Farscape as best show EVAR.

i was wondering that too. does he absorb powers, like peter, or does he actually steal them?

and i'm a little disappointed with the niki/jessica thing. i liked it better when i thought she actually manifested a split personality with super human strength through rage. that could turn into something she can control later, much like everyone elses powers.

He must steal them and need the brains for some part of that process. But what's the deal with the blood clot Charlie has? Is that significant?

And I think Niki/Jessica suck and need to be killed off. So she's a crazy whore who has MPD. Big fucking deal.

Any predictions as to who they're going to off next week? Says "a hero will fall". So I'm guessing either it's a minor character or they'll kill off a main one then somehow resurrect them/go back in time.

My money's on crazy stripper chick's husband.

as for the blood clot, i don't think it has any future significants, i think it was mainly to show hiro that there's nothing he can do to change someones fate. say he did save her from syler? she could have dropped dead from an aneurysm walking in from the back room.

that and to give him the "hero push". you know, when someone important dies or is killed and that further motivates the hero to achieve their goal.

i think niki's husband will die, but i don't think he's the 'hero' that they're talking about.

as for sylar, i have a sinking feeling that his ability to absorb someones power will come from eating brains or something equally as stupid.

maybe that's the part of the brain that he has to eat/absorb.

To bad, I am unable to watch the NBC netcast of it.

Yeah.. that brings it back to when he said telekenetic guy was "broken".

I hope it's not brain eating. It's kind of hard to justify such a leap. Go from being a watchmaker to a brain-eater? That's a little too cliche. I hope some of my questions are answered after the new year...

Who do you think the hero will be that dies? Or "dies". It won't be Hiro, Niki, Claire, or Peter. May be Isaac? He wasn't even in the last episode was he...

I dunno..... Syler is probably somehow absorbing thier powers through touching whatever portion of the brain houses it.... Hiro just learned humility... he is going to be hands down the leader of the group once they get together..... as long as peter is around the others he is going to be the strongest one.... I wonder what they are going to do with Syler....

Hiro is going to be the leader for sure, I agree... I like how they did a little backstory on syler. its clearly going to be a story of a guy who wasnt that bad to begin w/ but gets corrupted by each new taste of power he gets. typical comic book hero style, but its good

What makes you think Claire and Peter are going to do it? She's 16.

wait, something just clicked in my mind. what "save the cheerleader, save the world" means. claires power is regeneration, right? syler gets that, then everyone is screwed. he sets that bomb off, the city gets torched, he just up and walks away to continue his power crazed rampage.

and will there be anymore main character-type heroes added? if it is a genetic defect and if that map is to be believed, there must be hundreds, if not, thousands of heroes around the world. will they come into play?
