Its a movie about a girl who's being stalked, or so it seems. She gets these distrubing letters, and someone keeps breaking in house and beating her up. One part in the movie a brick gets thrown through her window. So she goes to the police with the letters as evidence, but they end up matching the writings to hers.

The movie was made somewhere in the 90's. And, its not "Dont talk to strangers" with Antonio Banderas. HELP!!!
