William Shatner has not even been contacted about the movie.... I like Bill.... he is a cool guy... if they have a new Kirk they need to at least give him a cameo as an elder Kirk. A flashforward of sorts.

There is a cool interview about the movie with William Shatner....

If it is written good it could be great. The source material is golden.
