I want to live in a world of peace
Without conflict, like the one I’ve seen in my dreams.
I just can’t keep it inside
I’ve gotta say what I wanna say
Your face doesn’t show your fighting pose.
I must agree with you. Still I found the story quite amazing.

It was ok, had some amazing digital work in it.
I was surprised that about 80% of the major characters died, and one scene they should have had, when that general started to overload the zeus cannon there should have been someone to oppose him, and then have a swordfight between the two characters ensue in 0 gravity. That would have been cool.

I liked it... It would of been better if they made it more likeFinal Fantasy. It was missing alot of the elements that I love from the games. But I liked it.
About the characters, don't you think they had a lot of similarities with the game characters?

Oh yeah, in all the FF's there are characters that are similar to each other... and it was the same with the characters in the movie.
There's always the main character that has some sort of "mystery" or "unknowing" about them, the tough bad-ass, the other half of the main character which is usually the cute girl, and the character with the brains, etc, etc, etc. It was kind of different in movie though, since the main character was the chic. But still, all in all, there were a lot of similarities.
these are called archetypes and are fund in everything, not just FF...
and as for the movie, i loved it... i think the reason it didnt do so well was because it was a tragic ending, and most americans dont like tragic endings...

i walked into it with the mindset that it was an animated comic book and was was happy with it. i don't think that it was the best storyline and what not, but just to watch the graphics in it for 2 hours was great. it was perfect eye candy.

It was good. I was very glad he actually stayed dead at the end.
When people talk of the freedom of writing, speaking or thinking I cannot choose but laugh. No such thing ever existed. No such thing now exists; but I hope it will exist. But it must be hundreds of years after you and I shall write and speak no more.
