I'm only allergic to eggs and bananas, refined sugar makes me lethargic, heavily processed foods are hard for me to digest, and I don't eat red meat.

I had some fromage frais (standard breakfast) and a chicken stir fry in fond memory of my chinese last night. I even ate with chopsticks.
DInner isn't for a few hours, I might have something light and fruit salady, or a jelly if any have set already.
