I've had some brown rice so far, soon to be joined in my tummy by an orange.

two sandwiches, 1 small bottle of wine an a small helping of belgian chocolate ice cream, not due to being healthy, but due to my b/f eating most of it.

Oh fuck, who knows, I went to Tescos to do food shopping after the rice breakfast and was seduced by the stuff on the 'reduced' counter.

I made a wok-like mix of beans, shallots, paprika, baked potatoe bits and slivers (???no idea if this is the right word to use or slices really thin???) of beef, with herbs and a little rice on the side

I'm having to eat sugar to keep me awake, otherwise I just cannot stop yawning

Ok, I'll add 2 glucosamine sulphate capsules, 2 calcium and vitamin D pills and a coenzyme Q-10 teablet. Plus a few puffs of the inhaler.

ummm 4 cherry popsicles and i think i drank about 5 bottles of water....
Oh and pills....umm a vic, one perc, 2 of them there Te…something shitters, and one of my blood pills. Damn i sound like a druggy!

I ate nothing yesterday,i'm planning to that today too.

Salade of tomato, cucumber, lettuce, paprika, corn, carrot
Toast with Gouda cheese

Today:

2 scrambled eggs, two pieces of peanuty butter toast, orange juice, water, Mushroom Swiss burger, Spicy chicken burger, "Moo Latte"..some frozen ice-cream caffeine treat. Mm, junkfood. blegh.

I just ate a Chicken Royale from Burger King. It's a reminder of why I don't eat junk food. It was awful, but it cost me nigh on a fiver, so I had to stomach it.

Raspberries, 3 ryvita, an orange, 2 pitta filled with lettuce and cucumber, 7 almonds.

Although I'm now bored which in my land equals hungry.
