:-) i eat even more naturally. hunter's diet - lots of meat and fish with some vegies, nuts and berries. next to no processing and my coat is glossy, eyes are shiny . :-)

life is too short for tempeh.

High protein, low carb? That has always worked best for me too, though I've found it difficult to follow when I have to grab lunch out somewhere.

Today I ordered the "sub of the day", thinking it was Wednesday (turkey breast sub day), and I got am Italian combo sub with two kinds of sausage and ham! I had the attendant add fresh spinach to make it healthy ;-)

pretty much :-) i carry boiled eggs and nuts with me for emergencies. sometimes i feel like a chicken by the end of the week as i tend to leave eggs in coats, purses and desk draws. diary's good in a pinch too.

Today I had an organic 5 grain cinnamon raisin English muffin for bkfst, curly fries for lunch, and cinnamon toast and "sausage" tempeh mixed with steamed asparagus for dinner.
