Cake with goo in the middle sounds gross.
I had Baked Cheetos for breakfast, grilled chicken salad & yeast rolls for lunch (a friend took me out), and a can of 99% fat free Chef Boyardee beef ravioli with an apple for dinner. While browsing the site, I snacked on some off-brand Sugar Pops cereal and drank water.

satay around here means anything cooked in peanut sauce.
strawberry and banana smoothie
butter chicken and rice
Just about to have baked chicken drumsticks, brocolli, garlic, onions, lots of herbs from my garden and rice that I've cooked under all of this so that it soaks up all the yummy juices. *drools* have you seen my marbles?

I ate bleh today. I had a salad for dinner and a piece of eggplant pizza, and later a chocolate chocolate chip muffin, and I was hungry a little while ago so I had a little bit of chocolate soy milk. I feel really tired today and I'm sure that is why my appetite and food choices are weird. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Eggplant pizza?? Those 2 just do not mix in my head. I've never liked eggplant. I haven't had it for years though since I avoid it. Maybe I would like it now I'm older. I hated asparagus for years, but I tried it out of politeness - my friend cooked it. It wasn't as terrible as I thought it would be, so I guess you never know. have you seen my marbles?

Vegetable pot stickers and water. I am now cooking a pot of soup as a test recipe for possible holiday use (butternut squash and apple soup---we'll see how it turns out).
Yeah, it's sort of roasted eggplant on thin crust pizza. It's actually quite good. One of the local pizza places I like makes allllll sorts of pizza--- regular stuff like plain cheese or Sicilian pie and white pie, to things like bruschetta pie, ziti pie, Hawaiian pie, BBQ chicken pie, ones with different veggie and meat combinations that have different interesting names, stuffed pizzas, etc. They also make some pretty mean salads. The one that's down the way makes good pies too.
There is another place I like in NYC that makes this awesome veggie pie that I swear has a few servings of vegetables on each slice. They usually put the toppings UNDER the cheese; they load them up so much I think they would fall off if they didn't. That one has: red onion, garlic, broccoli, spinach, red and green peppers, tomato, it might have black olives too, I am not recalling at the moment. Is it true that in America they call pizzas: pies? Why not call a pizza a pizza and a pie a pie? Then when you have an apple pie, it can't be an apple pizza by mistake...
We have wickedly cool pizzas here in NZ - so Americans have told me anyway.
Breakfast: leftovers: chicken and rice

Mas: lol No, I guess it doesn't work that way...it's doubtful you would end up with an apple pizza. I think people just call them both "pizza" and "pizza pie" which gets shortened to "pie" at times. I heard from a lot of people who move out of the tri-state (NY/NJ/CT) area that the Italian food in other states is lacking compared to here (we blame it on the water or the large concentrations of Italians) so I don't know how it compares, but if I'm ever down New Zealand way I'll be sure to have some pizza.
I only really had a Greek yogurt and a bowl of my awesome soup from yesterday and water today. Last night I had Mongolian BBQ---YAY! "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

I think pizza here has gone to new heights because of the lack of italians. It sounds weird, but we have crazy toppings because we've got no Italian pizza purist to tell us it's wrong. We'll put anything on a pizza, even if it's not authentic because it might just take good.
This morning I tried to eat the rest of my burger, but unlike pizza, it ISN'T better the next day. have you seen my marbles?

I had graham crackers & peanut butter for breakfast, a baked potato with salad an yeast rolls for lunch, and cake TWICE! We had birthday cake in my department & farewell cake at a co-workers departure party. Then, at my evening job, my boss gave me a homemade chocolate chip cookie, and after the store closed, we shared around a Harry & David candy bar. I didn't eat dinner on top of everything though, and I got plenty of exercise walking around the store, so I think I did pretty well.
