What are boneless ribs G?
Nothing for breakfast, a steak and mushroom pie and this weird thing - a slice of bread wedged into a muffin tin so it becomes toast but in the shape of case with mashed food inside it. I don't know what was in it. Maybe that's why it was so gross. I ate it anyway.
Dumplings when I came home, but hopefully that wasn't dinner have you seen my marbles?

| Uhm...spare ribs with no bones in them...kinda like the rib version of boneless chicken breast.
I haven't had anything yet again today, and I'm wondering what is up with the lack of appetite today. I'm not in a bad mood or feeling ill. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

Unhealthy again: McDonalds chicken biscuit & Diet Coke for Bkfst, McDonalds Fruit 'n' Walnut salad, medium fries & Diet Coke for lunch, Halloween candy & some pizza rolls this evening. I've drunk two bottles of water though and exercised for 30 minutes (DDR). I'll exercise some more if I turn on the TV tonight.

Ego te absolvo.
Heh.
Well, I had the same lunch as yesterday just about, then whole wheat pancakes for dinner with, yes, organic maple syrup. Water. Blueberry tea. Greek salad with half a pita. Seltzer with lemon. I also had ice cream again today...a two-scoop from BR: World Class Chocolate and pumpkin. I may have some more of the blueberry tea...it's really good. Oh, or maybe some of the honey vanilla chamomile to unwind. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

G - pumpkin icecream? What is the world coming to?
Today I had honey puffs for breakfast - we had a morning tea put on for us. Apparently last month our company had the 2nd highest profit in our 20 year history. Pretty good. Lunch I had a cheeseburger. Nothing for dinner as of yet. have you seen my marbles?

| Oh, that's been around for ages. Actually, it tastes more like masala chai than pumpkin. It would be nice if it was natural, but then again, pumpkin ice cream isn't. Neither is ice cream in general for that matter or it would grow on a tree or something. lol
Uh, raw almonds, a bottle of Odwalla Amazing Purple, and I just finished the leftover pancakes from yesterday a la the same style. I may have an apple or something. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

Tomorrow I'm off work, so I plan to re-set myself: get adequate rest, have the energy to exercise properly, have the time to be creative and not munch aimlessly. Also, I'll go grocery shopping, so I'll have food in the house and not "have" to eat out.

Nothing yet, though I just made some lemon tea. I had "excitinger" food yesterday. I think I posted that, but I also had Indian food for dinner.....palak paneer (my favorite) and tamatar ka shorba, also some Indian condiments (like mango chutney and stuff) and some of these things that were described to me once as "tortillas, but Indian style", but I don't remember the name of them. I haven't had Indian in a while so it was nice. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

Also, I'll go grocery shopping, so I'll have food in the house and not "have" to eat out. | Breakfast: French toast, banana and maple syrup, coffee.
Lunch: Sausage rolls, carrots with butter and herbs.
Dinner: Steak with kumara mash, mushrooms and green beans cooked in butter and garlic.
I remember "biscuits" coming up in darkforum before...I can't remember what they are now though. What we (the english) call biscuits are sweet cookies that you can have with milk and tea. I don't think that's the same thing is it? Is a biscuit to you a bread? a burger bun?
We got groceries this evening. Thank goodness. have you seen my marbles?

So far this morning... vanilla/rose tea.
I had Mexican twice yesterday. I'll have to scrounge around to see what's in the house. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

Is a biscuit to you a bread? a burger bun? | I have often wondered what cookie-biscuit people called buttermilk biscuits. I think they're most like scones, although not all sweet and lighter. Go to McDonald's website (http://app.mcdonalds.com/bagamcmeal), and choose "Breakfast" & "Bacon, egg & Cheese Biscuit" for a picture. What do you call them? Also I thought you were a New Zealander. ** Today I have eaten a bowl of raisin bran, a diet frozen lasagna entree, an apple, wheat crust pizza & broccoli.

The British Queen is on all our money.
The McDonalds biscuit looks like a big scone I guess. Or not too different from the McMuffins. We don't hav them here - it's either burger or McMuffin at McDonalds.
Today I had a bowl of honey puffs for breakfast. Sweet and sour pork on rice for lunch, a chicken drumstick, some pork and chives for afternoon (although it was more chives than pork). Just now we went out and found the only place open at midnight on a Tuesday and got fish, sausage, chicken and a cheese burger. All the meat you can eat! Cheap too. have you seen my marbles?
