You don't get enough coca cola in your diet.
Pancakes with bacon, banana and maple syrup for breakfast. With coffee.
Now I'm having chicken and vegie dumplings. Who would have thought that dumplings are mayonnaise are awesome together? I also have soy and vinegar mixed as another dipping sauce for them. have you seen my marbles?

I had a nice omelet with baby portabello mushrooms, green onions, and Swiss cheese. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

That sounds yummy!
I had cereal with milk and yoghurt for brekkie
Half a scotch egg for lunch - I always see them in the deli section of the supermarket but neve new what was inside it, so when my local lunch place had them out today I jumped at the chance to munch on it. No big deal just an overcooked egg in the middle of sausage meat with breadcrums on the outside.
Some chinese sesame biscuits.
Dinner will be sausages cut up into pasta sauce with vegies and pasta. But I'm getting ahead of myself of course! have you seen my marbles?

GK: If you keep drinking Coke like that, you're going to rot out your colon and end up with no teeth.
In addition to earlier, I wound up eating some chocolate before I went back to work at lunch. Then for dinner I had an odd combination of a Greek salad and shared some nth-layer nachos. We got dessert to go, and I decided to have the ever-so-rare "late night snack" which is a piece of blueberry pie. I decided to forgo the milk though in favor of water. That's a lot of sugar for me today. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

Hey, ~G~, I've been munching on pita chips & drinking diet cherry soda from the organic store! I also bought that $3 light chocolate soy milk, which is pretty good. It's thick like milk but translucent like Yoohoo, which is a little disconcerting.
Today I've eaten a piece of apple pie, a diet frozen entree & organic pita chips. Peas 'n' carrots w/ lean ground beef & a 2 liter of Diet Dr Pepper (nuts to my colon) for dinner.

Come to think of it, InK, it DOES sort of look like YooHoo, doesn't it? Did you buy a particular brand? Believe or not, one of the best tasting ones I've had is a local supermarket store brand. It's also been the least expensive, and also is made from whole soybeans. Word to the wise: go easy on the soy, and if you're going to put more into your diet, be conscious of the form it's in...the less processed the better. Ah, you're a bright woman...you could read up on that.
Let's see, I had French toast today for brunch, then later for linner (lunch/dinner) I had some whole wheat pitas that I topped with slices of tomato, Swiss cheese, and some other spices and things and toasted in the oven, along with the rest of the homemade soup from the other day. I also bit off a piece of a dark chocolate Cadbury bar for good measure. Then I had some pomegranate/rooibos tea, which I also toted off to class with me, and water. Later, I got home, made some egg noodles with butter and ketchup, and an avocado, and more tea. I'm sure I'll have more water and then some vitamins/supplements before bed. Hmmm...today was a treat.
I had leftovers for breakfast AND the leftovers for lunch.
Leftovers: rice, beef, beans, carrots, onions, mushrooms.
Came home and my bf was starving so we make burgers - pork mince (well seasoned with just abut every spice herb and sauce in reach and some flour, pineapple, onion and egg. I have to say, we make the best burgers. have you seen my marbles?

A rice cake with pb & strawberry preserves for breakfast, a big glass of iced pom/rooibos tea, vegetarian stew from Trader Joe's for lunch so far. "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

You both (M & G) make me laugh every time I read this thread! Pineapple burgers?
I have eaten so unhealthfully today I am ashamed to describe it. Let's just say McDonalds for breakfast AND lunch. Now I've exercised, and maybe I'll have a little too much soy milk to wash it all out (it's Silk, btw, ~G~).

Silk's not bad.
Uh, what do I have to report for today...pb & strawberry Polaner for breakfast on some whole bread thingie, then later I had sort of a late lunch of hot oat bran with cream (yes, InKY, it was organic) and blueberries and a little stevia to sweeten it up. Then I drank water for most of the day and brought my Klean Kanteen to class so I was drinking water there and when I got home I ate what had been left of a can of vegetarian stew from Trader Joe's the other day, along with two scoops of Breyer's Neapolitan. I think I'm going to make some tea because it's a little chilly in here, probably something herbal and non-caffeinated....chamomile sounds nice.
I missed that...who the hell's eating pineapple burgers?!?! "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."---C. G. Jung

Pineapple is DIVINE with pork. That's if you like pork I guess. You gotta try it!
We had poached eggs, hash browns and toast for brekkie,
chicken nuggets an salad for lunch.
We want snacks, so we went to the supermarket and just spent $60 on meat snacks like cocktail sausages, chicken nuggets and sausage rolls - as well as rice crackers and dip....Who knew snacks can be so expensive??
We've got movies and snacks and we're home alone all night. Heaven! have you seen my marbles?

InKY: I *heart* Qdoba. <3
I had a handful of almonds for breakfast, lots of water, two cups of tea (one of rooibos/vanilla and one of ginger), leftover subgum chow fun, celery, and a Gala apple for lunch, and I had hot oat bran with organic cream when I got home.

Too easy to be satisfying. =-) Do you have the Qdoba card? Isn't it wierd that there is a record on line of everything you ordered, even the drink size on on line?
m, I know: when you've got a craving and end up going to, like, the drugstore or gas station instead of the supermarket you can pay almost twice as much for your junk. I ran out of Diet Dr Pepper (I've been cutting back by keeping it out of the house), and I ended up paying 1.4 times as much as I would have for a 2 liter bottle for a 20 oz bottle at the gas station.
Today I had dry cereal, a diet frozen entree, Sunchips (leftover from the gas station trip) & my reduced fat pizza rolls. Also I bought a 2 liter of diet coke, which is now almost gone.
