Nothing for breakfast. Noodles mid morning and leftovers of sweet & sour pork, duck and rice for lunch. Finished with pasta and chicken. All creamy and with Feta. I've decided I'm not much of a goat feta fan....its too GOATY. Like a nasty old billie goat has just rubbed himself all over a good piece of feta. Yes that's what goat feta tastes like...

breakfast - oatmeal, almonds

lunch - rice, kidney beans, black beans, milk, sliced pears/peaches, half banana

dinner - peas and carrots, tomato sauce haha, 2 cups coffee, total bran cerial stuff

ben gun would be very angry at you for not likeing (sp?) goats and cheese...

for breakfast just some cornflakes.... called Swiss something.... and later on i had some pancakes.... EUROPEAN PANCAKES or as some ppl call em FRENCH.... hehe.... and chocolate ice cream.....

I had a bun for lunch with satay chicken and salad in it. Drank tea and lots of water at work. Came home and ate some camembert cheese with some feijoa vodka and apple juice. Lamb and stir fry vegies for dinner with another glass of apple juice sans vodka.

Ahhhh. After a 2 week fast we're eating again. I'm doing a can of Soylent Pink (aka Spam) for breakfast. Lunch will be Hot Dogs or Turkey. No Dinner. Perhaps a Banana sometime during the day.
I have discovered a new addiction: pepsi diet jazz -strawberry cream. Yum.

Mango Cornflakes with milk and yoghurt for brekkie

Big BBQ for lunch - one of our printers is leaving so put on a big feed on his last day. I had a burger, some mussells, chicken skewer, chicken drumstick and a sausage in bun with salad. Yes, I like to dig in when there is free food!

Came home and had some nibbles of camembert cheese as well as a can of alphabet soup. Please note these are only snacks and I'll be cooking up a storm later for dinner

I've had a small bottle of strawberry-banana kefir, some rice-seaweed chips with spicy guacamole, a cheese sandwich, water...I had Thai food the other night for dinner and I'm craving some more spicy/hot stuff.

It's like pancakes but really really thin. The batter is almost watery.

We had a big Saturday morning fry up today Helping to build up my cholesterol....
Sausages, mushrooms, onions, hashbrowns and poached eggs. He had toast - I didn't.

Nothing else so far, and it's almost 5pm. I guess it's time for lunch....

Just cereal so far today. Although with vanilla yoghurt and milk too.

I made the same as yesterday morning...French toast. When I make it, I beat a little cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract into the egg for extra tastiness.

That sounds yum! But a bit too much effort for a Monday morning

I had cereal again. I've never been into cereal, but Signature range cornflakes with apple and cranberry is the shizzle. It's also the only decent cereal under $5. Everything else is about $8...Too much to be pay for cereal I say!
