I had a salad with turkey and provolone cheese on it and working my way through a bottle of Black Forest Berry Honest Tea.

Eh too small of portions for me. I am a scrawny ass but I can out eat most overweight people, figure that one out

Some chicken Caesar salad which I didn't finish because the place put too much dressing on it, a piece of a panini sandwich that erroneously arrived with our lunch order here at work, and part of a bottle of First Nation Peppermint Honest Tea. I have an organic apple in my tote bag that I think I've been bringing to work all week and have yet to eat. I hope I remember at least to take it out if not; the last time I left a piece of fruit in my bag I forgot and at a later time found a mass of squashed pear that smelled like vinegar.

Ham sandwiches, tea on breakfast. In the evening lettuce and juice. If honestly, little ate today.
Now I drink yogurt before sleep

So far I'm drinking a cup of green tea. I don't think I have much with me until lunch so I will not be eating until then.

mushroom stir-fry with tofu...im a vegetarian o i eat alot of stir-fry because it's good and easy to make...yum yum

I've been eating a lot more vegetables and fruit and drinking a lot more water again after a spurt of eating a lot of processed food and animal products and now my body is screaming, "Thank you!"

Meat

Dried fruit, Greek salad, tomato rice soup, water, ice cream and black cherry-berry tea.

Really gloppy dry oatmeal. I mixed two kinds together for excitement.

dinner baked marinated chicken with potatoes and a green salad
then an hour later i went to my friend's place and she's standing there with a bowl of fetticini carbonara and hands it to me
so i chow then
now i'm munching star burst squirts and sour cream and onion pringles

I had whole wheat pancakes for breakfast, then leftover spaghetti and meatballs for lunch, some water, and coconut FrozFruit YAY!

I ate a taco.
