2 slices of wholemeal toast with laughing cow light cheese triangles

A tin of macaroni cheese

Veggie chilli and wholegrain rice

How bloody boring is that???

umm..i've eaten quite a lot today..lets see..

i had some garlic bread
bowl of rice crispies
a chicken garam masala with pilu rice..
1/2 a ham/lettuce and salad cream sandwich.

ahright, not as much as i thought...woo diets still in!

What are the knock on effects of a C_F masala special? Wind, thats right, wind. I lifted the duvet this morning and nearly gassed myself. Potent stuff, is curry.

The most divine breakfast ever. Bacon fried with maple syrup, poached eggs, hash browns and field mushrooms swimming in hollandaise sauce.

Lunch: Wonton Soup.

Dinner is being prepared as we speak chippies, chicken nibbles marinated in sweet soy sauce and hopefully a pizza.
