I cut up carrots into little blocks, large peas, mushrooms, some small potatoes cut into small blocks (boiled them first), "silver onions" (no idea if thats a right word, it's like very tiny silvery white pickled onions), cut small strips of beef.

Put it all in a pan to bake

Some butter and herbs to make a sauce kind of thick gravy

And tadaaa, easy dinner and yummy too :-)
