really? My dad just eat the fish eyeballs whenever we have fish. He never told me that is for brain food. I don't believe you. It is Monkey brain and pig brain. But he way people eat monkey brain are very cruel. The monkey have to be alive

omega-3 22 carbon polyunsaturate docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)... generally known to increase brain function and decrease stress reactions.

DHA is commonly found in Fish Eyes...

eat some mackeral... most oily fish are filled with DHA... and you can find it in suppliment form.
