Her neck's not overly long. She has her head back so her chin isn't in the photo. And her paleness is makeup meant to contrast with the necklace so it is more visible.

Little tricks, but effective

At work I wear no jewellery because it gets in the way when you have to do medical procedures and such (I work with animals)
But when going out I wear neclaces/chokers like this:


And a tiny silver Magen David always

On each hand a few rings (3 or 4), all silver, one is a butterfly, one with a bloodred stone and the others are art-nouveau like
