dont pop your pimples... that just spreads the infection to about 4 times more open pores... hence... more pimples... so no dont do that

if its a whitehead... you can put ice on it and the whiteness wiLL go away..

...if its a shiner then simple cover up is the best chance u got

and if it is kinda big.. again, put ice on it



and to prevent pimples in the future use acne cleansers... face cleansers and such..

ive heard that clinque is the best to buy; but i havnt tried it myself. i use clean and clear...

I dont understand- I clean my face, I dont eat junk food, I eat loadsa vegetables and I drink lots of water- yet I still get the spots. So does my friend- she's 43.
