While I do no actual exercise (i.e. excercise for the sake of fitness), I walk to and from work every day so felt like I'm doing ok. That is until I went for a bike ride today! Goodness, it damn near killed me.

Well..
I go to the gym at least once a week, and when I'm at work I'm constantly on my feet. I walk places, not all the time at the moment, but when I move to uni I'll walk everywhere.

I don't like forced exercise though, like the gym. I much prefer to play tennis or hockey or some other sport than run on a treadmill to nowhere. I'd rather not have to bully myself into it.

Because of my knee being total shit right now...i have to give up on some stuff for a while. Gota get surgery...End of Sept.

But normally i would go to the gym everyday. Lift and do cardio..every fucking day for 2 and 1/2 hours i'd be at that damn gym. I love it tho! I also horseback ride...and thats def a workout. I go for runs and walks. I dance a lot...i dunno if that counts but yeah.

I love doing fitness shit and movin' around and sheeeit. I'm def not a lazy person. But of course i do have my days...I'm only human!

I can't say I've ever been to a gym - except for the time when me and my friend were picking up her auntie from a gym. I can't justify paying money for something that isn't a whole lot of fun. Whereas walking to work saves me money.

I walk a hella lot, but thats about it. Oh and sex, thats the best excercise you can get.

For exercise and for good cardio vascular exercise, I masturbate. At least twice a day. At work we have the largest floor space in europe on just one of nine floors. I get a lot of exercise walking the floors on a daily basis.

I'm also contemplating a fitness-first membership and regular trips to the gym on a weight training program...

I'm supposed to excerise 3 times a week, but I don't... I do so much climbing up ladders and stands that I don't think I really need it. That and I sweat so much inside the hangars. Ugh. Nasty.

i don't exercise at all. all i do is eat, lay around, and sleep... that is probably why i get alot of headachs, feel cold, tired alot, and feeling a different kind of sick.. not the sick as in flue... but a different warn out kind of sick i think is a way to describe it.....

Yeah to much sleep does that to you.

most of the time when i'm not asleep. i still feel that kind of sick. oh well that just proves to you that i don't take care of me.

Do you consider defending yourself exercise? if not I go to the gym four times a week... and well sex is great exercise... oh and to Mia~ow , I mean not to offend, but trampoline outside, I would not mind being your neighbors ^_^... but yeah, I practice my martial arts in my back yard to keep sharp and ready for the next person that wishes to try and mug me... ^_^
