I think a lot of us get creative on it when we are younger, but as we get older, unless we are actually good at it, we realise that we can pay others to do a better job for is.

Damn I wish I could sew though...

I used to handsew clothes as well as make a lot of jewellry. Either I got a job and had money to actually buy stuff or I just can't be assed anymore. Probably both.

I do, not for fashion statements or anything. I just don't really go cloths shopping, so I tend to alter the cloths I have. When I start to really run out of things, I buy more.

But yes, I can and do make cloths.

I generally don't make an entire article of clothing, but I like to buy cheap clothes that are decently nice, and then alter them.

im wearing one uniform or another all day every day... school uniform, bdu's, dress uniform, PT uniform, shower gear.. i wear civilian clothes about 2 times a week when i get leave time or what not..... just jeans and a cool T with my black addidas shell tops..

I am now learning to sew clothing. It is hard to find clothing for petites that fit correctly.
