no, crash dieting is like dieting really strictly for say a month, then going back to your old eating habits, then repeating the same again.

thats not really a life style, thats just a life choice, no matter how you cut it eating isnt a life style, everyone eats. Crash dieting is just bad eating style though..man i can only imagine the damage that must do to someones body.

I really wouldn't say its a lifestyle. Just a personal choice you can make, and not all that healthy.. I've been through it before.

Remember your genes hun, they play a big part. Even I eat 3 meals a day.. And I think partly thanks to eating more healthily and practising my yoga I have grown like an inch...
