To the death of my heart
I give to you
Everything I could in this world

I tried my hardest to love you
And show you the best in life
But I lost you somehow
And now I've lost all that's ever mattered

I tried my hardest to be there for you
I gave up time with friendships
to be by your side as long as I could
I gave up love for me and gave it to you

I don't know what I should do now
With my life falling infront of me
How do I cope with something that still exists
but no one is really there

I love and I lost
I felt passion and now I hate
Maybe it's something deeper than that
Maybe I feel resentment and guilt for treating you the way I did

Where do I go from here?
Who do I turn to for trust?
What should I feel once I let you go?
I've got no one to hold on to any longer

It is my fault that you left
I realize that now
It is my fault for not trusting your word
It is my fault for saying good-bye

What is a girl to do
