With such grace,
It fell like the sound of a song,
Full of laughter and liveliness,
Dancing in circles it moistened my face,
Wind blew as it fell harder than before,
Lightning strikes with a beautiful flash,
Thunder roars like a voice warning me.
A flash of light,
Then painful bight.
Complete darkness!!
No longer sounding like a song of laughter,
but a song of death,
No longer dancing in circles,
but still and quiet.
It beat against my chest causing pain,
HELP!!!
Choking,
Could not get air,
The agony!!
THere was a scream,
Then a cry,
Now complete silence,
Good Bye...

Hey. Great poem. I like it too.

I have read very few, if almost none, poems about the rain. I think it is the best of them. Honestly.
