Darkness Redeeming

Falling down slowly, beginning to bleed
The pain so unending, grows like a seed
My life now is bound to misery and pain
Gripping the ground, becoming insane

Crying out hopelessly, I look at the sky
Feeling so noble, that life is a lie
Knowing that soon, I will be leaving
Pain is now ending, Darkness Redeeming...


The Gift

A blade stays motionless on the floor
As lifeless as it may seem
I lay there fraily beside the door
Infactuated by it's gleam.

The trail of blood, the sense of pain
Has now been left behind
Sin has been done, I am insane
Regret you now will find.

The past has faded into nothingness
The sorrow is all that's left
The taste for blood never grows less
The blade has been a gift.


The Curse

The feeling of utter weakness
The sadness for one to cry
The sense of complete betrayal
The darkness of the sky

The power of one against you
The time to feel remorse
The night of the dark angel
The coming of it's course

The daytime turns to nighttime
The good has turned to bad
The reaper awaits it's company
The best it will have had

The feeling of the torture
The sharpness of the cry
The sense of pain revealing
The darkness.. of the sky..


Sense of Betrayal

All has been done, I feel no shame
For what has been left behind
I have lost my friend, this is no game
I have not committed the crime

The power of deciet conquers my emotions
Why have you disgraced me my friend?
The trust is gone, has lost all devotion
There's no turning back, this is the end

The bond has faded like a single flower
The memories broken with sadness
The hate grows more, I can feel the power
Feelings are shattered, now hopeless

I have lost complete trust in you my friend
You have betrayed me, but will no more
And now on you I cannot depend
I have turned my back and locked the door


Fate

Born into a world of torture and hate
God has now determined my fate
It is not to hate
For it is to cry
Now leave me to die
For life is a lie
Can't take no more
My eyes are so sore
Cut myself and hit the floor
Silently watching myself as I bleed
Utterly eager to feel the need
Must plant the seed
Lead myself to rest
The tightness consumes my chest
It has to infest
This is it, now is the end
The afterlife, let it begin...


Contented

Now he's gone, forever gone
The ending note of one last song
Has left me in eternal bliss
His wrathful voice I will not miss

Evil memories now gone astray
All my fears are washed away
Without reminders I will forget
That dreadful day that we had met

Battered wounds now left alone
He has not left my uttered home
Those sinful eyes will not return
No more worries, he will now burn

Contented thoughts rum through my mind
Contented things I now will find
Forever life will be ok
The painful things has gone away


Don't You See?

Now, now I realize the truth that lies
Between, between all the love that dies
It once was there like an eternal flower
But now it wanes within each passing hour

You abused my feelings with the things that you said
Made me think that I would be better off dead
Tears of sadness would consume my face
But never would you stop to embrace

Lies, lies you would always tell
Then it was over, you broke the spell
You went with her, you set me free
But you hurt me deeply, don't you see?

I cried so hard, my eyes they were sore
Considering suicide, I locked my own door
Realizing now the fool I had been
For loving you, I never will again..


The Night Past

I awaken slowly upon the cold floor
To the sight of broken glass
The yellow liquid soaking
A gift from the night past

The scent of joyful beginnings
The taste of regretful endings
Forgotten actions
Have now strange reactions
A gift from the night past

Remembering the pleasure
Haunting until forever
The hurting of the other
A gift from the night past

Self inflicted pain now
From what has been a sin
Waiting for the end now
A mistake once again
A gift from the night past


Deep Silence

Nothing is seen within these walls
Nothing but only darkness
My hope for escape
Is now lost
Lost deep within my mind
Wish I could find
Find hope somehow
Hope to withstand this constant hell
Locked deep inside the cell
A room that burns with firey flames
Take away my worries,
Please no more games!
Trapped into a world of silence
Hearing nothing but myself
A nail through the deep end of my mind
Screams from my heart and soul combine
Extreme insanity
Loss of total energy
Screaming for a sense of security
Parasites gripping, eating my flesh
Misery is certainly not bliss
Silence overtaking me
Wish you all could hear my plea!
Wish you all could see
See the torment that this world brings
The sense of unpleasant things
Resting in dreams
Is the only sense of peace...


Lost Without You

Gone is the flame that the candle did burn
Lost are the prayer's that you showed me to learn
The things that you told me part after part
Are the happiest things that I hold in my heart

You struggled with life so horribly diseased
One simple smile made you more then just pleased
Rejecting the pain for so many long years
Made you enjoy life and to conquer your fears

But all hope was lost when you wished upon death
Suffering consumed your every last breath
Lying so weak upon the aged bed
Looking so morbid, looking so dead

A single tear rolling down my face
Simply love wanting your embrace
Never again to look in your eyes
Now I know that love always dies

I never wanted to let you go
The only key to my soul
And now I want death to overtake me
To lead me to you, to set me free


Depend On Me

I will be there for you when darkness falls
I will warn you when your enemy calls
I will protect you when evil prevails
I will help you until goodness sails

If you fall down please take my hand
I'll hide you within the furthest land
I'll comfort you when you are sad
To protect you from things that are bad

Don't ever outgrow your mind with fear
Don't ever wish you could dissapear
Just look at me and smile my friend
I'll stay with you until the end...


Uncontrollable Destiny

Cut my wrist and watch it bleed
Pain fulfills my only need
Provide the poison for I must feed
Drink the enmity that I must lead

Sickness lurking throughout my veins
Has yet found another soul to stain
Living with this has made me insane
Like an innocent slave made to play the game

At last, again another wound is made
Another flower destined to fade
Being punctured and decayed
Words are written and obeyed...


Untold Secret

One past secret forever untold
Another burden that your heart must hold
Living in the cold for so many past years
Crying so many shattered tears
Tormented by many strengthened fears

The hidden truth hiding inside
Spoken lies sent to confide
Honesty cannot always hide
The terrible truth will be revealed
Dishonesty will not remained sealed
The liars will be tortured and killed

Wallow in your own self pity
Living in regret is so unpretty
Punishment comes at the end
When it's known you have betrayed a friend
And the untold secret will win again
When it's too late to realize the hateful sin


Insanity

Another day is demolished, mistakes are passed
Inside thoughts are changing, changing so fast
The dreadful voices eating me up inside
Soul feeling heavy, it's hard to confide

Day is now fading, nighttime must awaken
Within I am abused, so utterly shaken
Darkness is frightful, beginning to scream
Eyes shut tight, but still it is seen

Sore eyes now open, seeing a blade
Grabbing it quickly, becoming afraid
Pain is created, the taste to bleed
The sight of it fulfills my only need

Wiping away tears, screams are heard
Grabbing me quickly, vision is blured
One final look, dreams are now entered
Now in my mind thoughts are injured

Awakening finally, traped in a room
Unable to move, this must be my doom
Closing my eyes, more hate is grown
I know now, I realize.... I am alone...


Buried Alive

The scent of the soil
Where I shall now stay
Assumed to be dead
Trapped to decay
The darkness so silent
Hearing only my struggle to breathe
Life a suffocating rat
I am left there to rot
Alone in this spot
Of mind-aching torture
The air creeping out like an unknown stranger
My heart begins to panic
No hope to survive
I lay there in prayer
Mistaken, buried alive...

My favoraites definately had to be sense of betrayal you expressed your feelings beautifully,darkness redeeming it was just breathtaking..It was short but held so much meaning, Don't you see another stunner!! Abused feelings soaked with demonic statements
forever drowning in a sea of torment

some of these are cool, i'm a rhyming kind poet myself (although not so much lately) and your work is really captivating. i love poems that flow from one line to the next with rhyming words, it keeps it going and carries you to the end. i'll read more in the future i'm sure.

Hardkoor, I know most of my poems seem to be really sad, and morbid... but it's mostly how I feel at times, sometimes I just get an idea and decide to write about it, not all of them appeal to me.. some appeal to my friends and people I know in my life.. thanks for your advice though, it was very nice of you..


My Perfect World

A rainbow road covered with plastic
Unable to feel the pleasure of it's beauty

Puffy white clouds turn into grey cotton soaked with blood
Causing everything to flood
The violence soaking through you

Clearing skies reveal a clear black
Hungry animals crawling out of their sack
Eat away at the remains of dead, unspoken souls

Graveyards containing the unliving
Hold flowers that cannot live

The suffering waiting quietly for a cure

Thanks Hardkoor I wrote that last poem when I wasn't exactly feeling that happy about things around me, I guess you could say it kind of came out of anger a bit.. another quality poem. i like your way of writing, i think it's similar to mine. i get down sometimes, but if i go too low i can't even write any poems. i just get lost inside myself too much and my brain seems to stop functioning on the level i need. but whether it goes higher or lower i haven't a clue. i'll look out for more.

Bambi, Thanks again! I like your work too! I do think our writing is similar too.. I'm sorry to hear that you get down so much sometimes, that you can't write anything.. me, however, when I'm depressed/angry or whatever, that seems to be the only time that I can actually write anything!

Wicked,

Only laughs when he forsakes!

Hardkoor, yes.. the metallica song I got it from was "Sad But true" I am very fond of Metallica Lyric's to most of their songs.. I find them very appealing..
