What is it?

I'm looking for something new to play. I've grown tired of The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind. I tried to get my hands on a copy of Baldur's Gate again, seeing as I've never even gotten to finish the first one, but the download was going to take like 2 days.

probably my three favourite. other RPG games i've played (mostly MMOs) have gone to pay2play and just aren't good enough to pay for. games like 'R.O.S.E.' (Rush On Seven Episodes) which was a brilliant one, are just not good enough to play unless they're free. the quality wasn't good enough to make me want to pay for it. WoW of course, is brilliant. and i don't mind paying for that at all.

Diablo 2, even though its old, still is the definitive. it's brilliant. nothing else to say.

FF7, i imported my copy from a trip to singapore. got it before eidos got their paws in, so its an original squaresoft copy. a brilliant rpg, incredible storyline.

others that i've played, and there are many, like Baldurs Gate (all versions and offshoots) just dont hold up really.

another brilliant one is Dungeon Siege. I haven't tried out Dungeon Siege 2, but i'd like to. that kept me occupied for many many months until i managed to get possibly the hardest character possible in the game. i maxed out all levels on all the skills, becoming the ultimate all rounder. i killed monsters before my strike / spell hit them. kinda a game glitch really. though on the extremely hard levels it was very hard to complete, and i never managed it. but it was, a very very well designed game. and i loved it.

infact, if i had the time i'd buy it again and install it again.

BG1, 2, IWD 1, 2 Planescape Torment, Diablo 1, 2, Pool of Rafiance (with the right mod), Temple of Elemental Evil (again with the right mods), Titan Quest, Fallout 1, 2.

Fallout 1 and 2 were absolutely brilliant!! They were two of the best RPG's ever put out. Hopefully they get the 3rd one right. They are working on a 3rd one

Right now I am playing Vanguard. It is a good game as well as very beautiful.

I have Titan Quest but I have yet to play it beyond the opening sequence.

The original Baldurs gate was on par with the Fallouts.

I am giving Dungeon Runners a try. Typical hack and slash over the top diablo style MMOg put out by PlayNC. It is free unless you want to be able to use all the items in game than you can pay a 5$ a month membership to access them

I got tired of playing Diablo I over and over. I've seen D2 played, but I don't know. And I try to stay away from MMOs.

Two words: Icewind Dale
As far as DnD games go this one is the only one that's 100% DnD, the only other game I think of that even comes close would be from the might n magic series, but they suck fat monkey T3sT1cl3$
